I got an email from the NY office asking for updated forms,FBI cert and explanation for y my student visa for Canada was rejectedand y I did not mention it earlier on.
What should I say is the reason I did not mention visa refusal earlier?
I am scared.I was hoping for a ppr.

For proof of funds while landing. You must have funds in terms of Cash, DD, Traveler Cheque.
Bank statement if you have opened temporary account in Scotia Bank and have funds in that account.
Origin of country bank statement is not valid while landing.

Do you think I need to update NDVO on my status as I am back early than the date that is mentioning in my passport during port of entry.Or weather I need to send NDVO on my stamp at the time of port of entry so that they can respond on my application..?

Because in IMM5562E- Travel History I mentioned that I will be there till august.
