I have received request for the following from London Office
- Updated Schedule A/Background Declaration form for myself and each family member over the age of 18
- Updated copies of the passport biopage for myself and each family member
- Right of Permanent Residence Fee
- They also said that also update if you any family status or address status has changed.

I want to know following
1) As my address has been changed then how do I notify address change i.e means on which format. Do I have to write an application on a plain paper or anything else?
2) Why they are asking for updated Schedule A/Background Declaration forms as I have already forward these along with the application?

Pl. help me in this regard. I shall be very thankful to all of you.

What are the letters apart from IDPL I need to get from RTO India, to get easy licence in Canada, factually where they recognize your driving here back in ur home country

I know there is an Extract letter we need to obtain. Apart from this is there any other letter like an experience letter or something which an RTO provide??

Hi FSW 2013 Applicants!!!!I just submitted my application for FSW 2014. I would like to ask who among you done like this in the IMM5406E (Additional family information). I wrote my husband's name (principal applicant) as APPLICANT in the form and my name at the SPOUSE row...the other info about sister, brother etc is my family information...sign is also mine. What do u think guys? Thus CIC will consider?

You'll be fine. I did it like that, so have many others. I sent two forms, one with my info and the other with my wife's info, each one properly signed, but the applicant/spouse fields were filled out the same for both. We got our PER anyway

Thanks for sharing your view. My sufficient proof is only my later sent cover note that I hope gets appended to the original application packet. So not sure how sufficient that is but from your note it seems with all the other supporting documents that I provided I might be in a good place.

Let's say I work at Citibank, so even my pay slips have Citibank logo on it and my designation mentioned on that matches with my designation in the offer letter, which is of course on company letter head. The designation very clearly says 'Manager' at both places. Working in Citibank as a manager should hopefully make it easy for CIO guys to comprehend that I am fit for a financial manager NOC (0111) and that's exactly what my duties reflect, as certified by my supervisor.

Thanks again for the revert. I was hoping more folks could share their view on this, and maybe I might get feedback over the weekend. Not sure what FSWP 2013 guys did to CIC (of course, kidding here) those bums have not sent PER emails to FSWP 2014 for long now (this part is factual). It is now almost 40 days since fee has been charged for some, and a lot of us have been waiting since 20-30 odd days post fee charge for the elusive PER e-mail.

I think that CIO is not too strict when it comes to reference letters written on company letter heads, as long as you have sufficient proof that your company cannot provide it to you. And as far as i know, the business card idea works, if you have sufficient supporting documents. One more thing, Canada loves tax paying citizens, so including your IT returns was a good idea.

I am a FSWP 2014 candidate, awaiting my PER. Have a question for you!

How strict have CIO been in issuing PERs based on reference letter only being on a company letter head (assuming all the asked content in the letter is fine)? If my reference letter - for my most significant experience matching with the open NOC this year - happens to be on plain A4 paper (rather than on a company letter head) and is signed by my manager with his business card included, would that be accepted by CIO? Or rather have they accepted something similar in FSWP 2013? Please note I have also provided my job offer letter, 3 months pay slips and 2 years income tax documents from this job (all provided by the company) at a global bank.

I did realize an error of not having initially included a cover letter to explain that my employer wouldn't provide such a letter on a company letter head. However later I sent another courier, quoting my UCI, Passport #, DOB, NOC and Original App. Received Date details, containing this cover letter that explains the situation, and alongside scanned and sent the same via e-mail as well. I am yet to hear from them.

Thought of getting opinion on this situation.

Wow .. Congrats to all who have been getting passport with Maple Leaf stamp..

Since friday not sure why my E-cas is unavailable.. anyone having that issue? its telling me i'm not putting the correct information for the credentials. Unfortunately, that is not the case. i rechecked it may more times and i'm sure i'm inputting the correct information. Please advise..

On wednesday they recieved the last police certificate they had requested.
Application recieved on January 3rd 2013. Medical done in february. RPRF paid in June all of that same year 2013. In February 2014 application turned to in process (we started processing your application....) New police certificates and updates of my current situation were asked. It took a while since i'm out of USA to get another FBI back ground check straight from the FBI. Now Cameroon background check (police certificate) was done. Only took me a day so i sent that over and now i'm not sure why E-Cas can't be accessed.

AOR Received.: 05-09-2013
Med's Request: 08-02-2014
Med's Done....: 13-02-2014
Passport Req..: 08-02-2014

Additional documents req: 21-05-2014
Earlier I have mentioned that My ECAS shows only two lines;

first- We have received your application on 21st May 2013
second - Medical results have been received

No "processing started" line even after additional documents request. On 23rd June 2014 , I raised CSE about absence of "processing started" line in my ECAS and am confused and surprised to see second line in my ECAS as -"We stated processing your application July,2014" today.

Am worried as they started processing my application on July 2014 only after all MR and passport request...Am confused and this waiting killing me.When are they going to finalize our case this way? NDVO wake up!!!
