I am glad to be in the position to make a victorious comment on this forum.

I thought I had come to the end of the road when I got involved in a Court case after LVO sent me medical request.

I am glad to report the following:

a. Court case has ended in my favour- I was found not guilty
b. I obtained and sent new Police certificate to LVO on 10/07/2014
c. This morning I got the following email:

Dear Applicant:

Your application has reached the final stage of processing. So that your permanent resident

visa(s) can be issued, you must now submit the documents listed below. (These instructions do

not apply to accompanying family members who are entitled to Canadian citizenship, because

they will have to travel on their Canadian passports.)

1. Your passport and a passport for each accompanying family member. The passports must

meet the Passport Specifications as detailed below.

2. Two recent photographs of yourself and two recent photographs of each of your

accompanying family members. The photos must meet the Photo Specifications as detailed

below

3. The “Updated Information Chart” below, fully completed for you and each accompanying

family member.

I have one question to my LVO seniors: How do I send the passports to LVO? I notice LVO mentioned VAC as medium of submission of Passports, How do I go about this?

Congrats.
I don't know much about VAC's, you can give it a try here : http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/vac.asp?utm_source=slash-vac&utm_medium=short-url&utm_campaign=generic

I have a question I've been thinking about for a while now. We plan to go through UK with my mom and son to visit family, stay there for about a week, continue on to canada leaving mom and son in the UK to stay about 3wks more then she comes back to our home country with our son. We'll then come back for him later. Is this possible considering the fact that he(our son) is also included in our PR application. I think we might just need a transit visa to the UK while he and mom will need a visitor's visa though it will be his first time in the UK but mom travels a lot.
What do you think?, people with such experience pls respond

Congrats Bboy for your success...Can you give a hint what the whole issue was about.

Well I hope that all of us who are still waiting responses from our VO will receive some news soon, Today I was reading the news about EOI that will be launch on 2015 and they seem a little discourage from mu point of view, so if anybody read this and is still thinking in sending an application for this year program I suggest you stop thinking and do it as fast as you can, good luck to all and God bless us all.
I will leave the link if you want to read more about it

Hi Gangster9rls,

Congratulations!! I am FSW 2014 applicant. I noticed you submitted your application in April 2014 & just wondering how you got a decision made so soon even when the ones who submitted application in 2013 are still waiting to get Medical requests. I really dont understand how NDVO works. But anyways wish you luck for your future :)

That is a good option

Hi edvrfn,

Just curious to know how come NDVO office is holding your PP form such a long time? Is there any reason behind it? Have you not contacted them? Also, generally how many days do they take to give PP back after they receive it?? Huh!...this is really scary. Please do reply.

Hi forumites,

Second line added in ecas,

We started processing your application on 12th July 2014.

When can I expect pcc and rprf fees payment?

I will be doing medical this wednesday.

Anything to be taken care for medical or pcc or rprf fees payment?

I am in canada since last 10 months, and I will get the passport request from ndvo, so can i send passport to any visa office in Canada?

Regards,
Krutick13.

Hi Krutick,

Please do let us know if you get to know if you can get the visa stamped outside your chosen visa office.

I have sent multiple CSE's to which they didnot reply...Also visited them personally 2 times. On the ast occasion i even had genuine wedding invitation with me. But both times, I was told by the lady at the counter...YOU CAN TAKE YOUR PASSPORTS BACK..BUT THE DECISION REGARDING YOUR APPLICATION IS STILL PENDING. And that i may have to resubmit if requiered at later stage....I refused taking passports back. I had ordered GCMS notes and did not find anything negative/suspicious regarding my file. Everything seemed just as I expected..Normal. Also I think notes suggest BGC has not been done as its mentioned at a point "No surveillance required"...Also I cannot verify if it had been done as I changed Job at the time I got Passport request & have no special contact in HR if they got a call or visit.....My only suspicion is my updating them of job change after about 2.5 months of submission has delayed my case.

hi player,

Congerts for MR.

Can anyone throw some light on medical tests.
My wife was told that she might be diabetic, as there was trace sugar in her urine sample. The doctor did not order any other tests. He said that it is trace and might not create any problem with our application. I wanted to know whether any other member of the forum had similar issues..?
