Thank you islandbabe, but sometimes its kind of difficult, even more when you see VO who are reponding really fast as NDVO, I am still waiting for my MR since my VO just sent me the RPRF request two weeks ago and until today no further news; do you think it would be correct to send an email asking about my MR? Because before I sent the payment I asked and a different officer answered me that my application was not on that stage yet, please advice me, I will appreciate a lot

Yes I know it can be really hard. yes they send lots of generic responses and if you ask you may get another one. its just a waiting game, you do know now that they are working on your case, go ahead and send the Case Specific Enquiry . They may or may not respond

Sorry to hear that Momobee my VO is working very quickly since the past 5 months...most of the 2013 applicants are complete, I had a personal delay which is why my process isn't complete yet, but the VO is doing well. Accra needs to start following suit.

I got second line in ecas yesterday "We started processing your application on July 02 2014".

Secondly I had raised an online inquiry and got the following reply;

"Dear Sir/Madam, Please provide the following documents within 5 days. -

Please declare personal history (Q8) and addresses(Q12) since the age of 18 without any gaps in dates We look forward to hearing from you within 5 days."
