I got second line in ecas yesterday "We started processing your application on July 02 2014".

Secondly I had raised an online inquiry and got the following reply;

"Dear Sir/Madam, Please provide the following documents within 5 days. -

Please declare personal history (Q8) and addresses(Q12) since the age of 18 without any gaps in dates We look forward to hearing from you within 5 days."

I can see in the spreadsheet that 9 people from CPC Ottawa already got medical requests! How is this possible, are they applying through another program or do they have a job offer?

It is not expected as NOC codes are not Global. You employer hence is not expected to know about this. There is no harm if you get it with NOC codes.

I got PPT request month ago. And decision made in my ECAS. Today
My ECAS has changed from decision made to in process . But inside of my ECAS, I can still see a decision has been made ......................
I do not have any idea.

ACTUALLY I HAVE ALREADY SENT MY APPLICATION....SHOULD I SENT IT AGAIN WITH JOB DUTIES ON EXPERIENCE LETTER...OR SELF DECLARATION IS FINE......
