In the FSW 2013 SS, where can I find the information regarding physical/telephonic/email verification details done by CIC for the 2013 FSW candidates?

Is there any sheet with this info? Please share the same if possible

........ You have not provided sufficient evidence of employment and of performing the actions and duties of NOC 2134 during the period from 2003 to present. However, I am able to grant you 30 days to provide any additional information or documentation you may wish to further support your application and prove that you do in fact meet these requirements/criteria. You are invited to submit sufficient proof of employment from 2003 to present and sufficient proof that you performed the actions and duties of NOC 2134. You may also submit any other information you deem fit to support your declaration that you perform the actions and duties of NOC 2134.

Hello Everyone,

I have a situation here, I just received passport request 1: updated Information Chart and Passport copy request and they have mentioned that my visa will be stamped at Riyadh Office for which they will send instructions in 6 weeks.

Guys, I will be moving back to Pakistan in about three weeks and won't be coming back to Saudia, should I let LVO know about this? I mean how should I approach this thing, will they be able to transfer my file to Canadian High Commission, Pakistan?

We r landing on Aug 5th....can v show the latest updated PF statement at the time of landing...as v have not received PF amount yet...

Don't worry Amier, and please don't get tense. I would suggest you to be strong and start preparing and gathering relevant proof.

Definitely, below mention advice is toward correct direction. Also, if you can add some of your office photographs and your work station snap along with your colleagues. It is just a thought, don't know how much my advice is relevant as CHC guys already visited your office.

You always help other. Have faith in God, he will not do anything wrong for you.

Sorry that you have to go through this.

1. I think you should consider submitting below documents.

2. A cover letter

3. Couple of reference letters from colleagues that includes your job title and their business card attached.

4. Affidavit from manager who attended your BGC . addressing the miscommunication and clearly mentioning your job duties.

5. Include ITR, F16, recent payslip and Offer letter if you have

Add anything else you think will help. make sure manager and other references mention their contact details. And state they can be contacted regarding this.

Make sure when you draft the cover letter and managers affidavit you sound more like clarifying and apologize for any delay/confusion this may have caused

Mention that you are willing to provide any additional documents if required for them to proceed further.

At the end of the letter mention that you understand the need for correct information from applicants for process and you never intended to misrepresent facts.
