Hi guys,

Completed medicals past Saturday. Yehuu... :) Waiting hospital to submit results today. I am told if all results will be as expected, doctor will submit it Monday morning. So hopefully it will happen this way.

Wow one step closer.
Question, what are usually checked in medicals? if the medicals found something in you do they still report it directly to the Visa office or they will tell you first what they found out? Thanks!

Sorry, you cannot send any more docs once you submit your application. You will have to wait till you receive a PER ( Positive Eligibility Review) via email. Then based on the UCI# and Application No. which you will receive in the PER, you can send additional or missing docs.
However, in order to receive the PER, you application needs to be complete in all aspects. Now you have a missing document. So there is an element of risk that your application might be returned for being incomplete. Lets hope that does not happen. Even if that does happen, do not worry.. you can still re-submit once your application is returned. There is still enough time on your hands. For now , sit back , relax and wait for your PER :) Wish you all the best!

Urgent HELP Required......

NDVO asked me to pay processing fee and visa re-issuance fee...so today i went to SBI for making the draft in CAD...in favor of receiver general of Canada...but they told me that i must mention payable at and receiver address..i told them that address is new delhi and Payable at new delhi..which they denied as they want Canada address and payable at Canadian city...they cant make foreign currency draft payable at any city of India... i dont think i should mention CIC Canadian address..because then NDVO has to send this draft to Canada for payment..which i doubt they will do....So in that way i can not make draft in CAD

Another option is to make draft in INR and payable at new delhi as I did at the time of making RPRF draft...but i dont know they will accept INR for processing fee ...another thing is conversion rate...the link(http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/india-inde/visas/fees-frais.aspx?lang=eng)which NDVO provided me at the time of RPRF request, was last modified in 30 April,2014...but this conversion rate is less that today's CAD value...

Please help..what should i do??????????

Please help! Bit complex!

I have applied to FSW in the month of MAY/JUNE.

there are 2 applicants in my file, me & my wife.

My wife's passport carries her maiden name before marriage, and we did not change her name as just after marriage we applied for Quebec visa as well. And now for FSW.

So there was no time for us to change the name of my wife as even the passport with new changed name takes minimum 1 month and we were in hurry.

Now my question is, now i have the time.

1) How I can change the name of my wife in her application? Because i want my wife should carry the PR card with her changed name after marriage.

2) As my application is under processing, for changing the name, now can i make the changes in her passport for change in name?

Experts please help!!!
