Stupid CIC fixed up the annual quota for each Visa offices and thus create a freaking large scale discrimination over region to region/ Visa office to Visa office.......

This is nothing but to tune up the peoples which is preferred to them........

We are waiting for 14 months.none of Singapore Applicants rcvd Medical due to this quota......

That's quite a poor target for SGVO in comparison to the volume of applications, I guess! I mean NDVO has got 4 times more! How do the CIC fix that???
