thanks dear...yeah i dnt have her psprt but now as i have my psprt in hand i will make her psprt in few days.already made her BC.
no she is not included...so my journey is still on..my next steps....i will again raise CSE for my child inclusion..and then I will wait for doc request from NDVO for child inclusion..then i will submit her docs...after which they will give her med request...and then they will reissue all visas...long journey ahead...

hi guys,
I need your thoughts....
My VO is new delhi. My country of residence is UAE. VO did not request for passport when requesting for medicals.
I got decision made on May 26th. Got PPR from NDVO on may 27th, asking me to submit it to new delhi. However, due to obvious reasons like, illegal to send passports by courier to India, my consultant wrote on my behalf to NDVO on june 5th, requesting for visa issuance at abudhabi attaching my proof of residence here in UAE. I have not heard anything from the VO yet and it is so stressful. Has anybody experienced the same.. :-\ I am so worried ....

Can anyone please help me understand what is difference between AOR and File Transfer.

I understand that when my file will be physically transferred from CIO, Sydney to New Delhi, I will recieve an email from Canadian High Commission, Delhi and that is AOR.

Please guide.

You'll receive an AOR from NDVO, regarding your file transfer. as soon as they get the physical file, they'll acknowledge you with an AOR.
next stage of acknowledgement will be MR/RPRF/PCC request.

The VO may have sent the AOR at a date and mention the file transfer took place a few days earlier.

Also, while today it's very common to use email for these exchanges, it's not required; the VOs may still send physical mail if you don't provide an email address, providing further opportunity for the actual file transfer and the AOR reception by applicants to be spaced out.

My application under category 2134 reached in Nov 2013. My case reached New delhi VO on 12 Feb. The NOC CAP reached after that. My status is "In Process" till date. I am not sure if my case is still under process or if it has been closed due to CAP getting filled. Please advise. How can i get the status update. In how much time can i expect the update.

Dont worry.... you are through it...
you have received your PER so you dont need to worry about getting in CAP...
Basically... your file is IN PROCESS at NDVO.
Wait for their notification...
