Dear All , need suggestion please .. I have received my MR and RPRF however I have not received PPR .. I was just thinking on this .. meantime my kids passport expired in month of March 2014 and I have renewed also howver this information i have not provided to CHC .. is this may be reason i have not received passport request ? kindly provide your inputs please .... thank you

Please help me with your advice.
I am FSW 2014 applicant, Indian citizen working in USA. So, need to apply for PCC from Indian consulate in USA.
Could you tell me what date is stamped on PCC. Is it the date when I submit my PCC application form to Indian cosulate in USA or the date consulate signs and issues it or the date police in India says my verification is completed and hands over my PCC application to passport office and then back to consulate.

Sorry for late updates. Got my stamped pp and copr on 26th Feb.

copr - one with photo one without it.

Apart from that got some original documents back.

My DM was on 21st Feb.

this forum has given me a lot help.

I wish I would have come to know about this forum at earlier stage.

Frankly, after getting my passports back I did check the same day and it still showed In Process and today I logged in again and it had a DM on it. So I guess it changed to DM in the last few days but definitely after I had my passports in my hand.

I send my PP via Bluedart. I didn't get any mail or response from CHC only my PP got delivered

Procedure to get CIC agent on phone
 Call at – 0016139444000
 Select 1 for English
 Then 1 for foreign affair
 2 for immigration
 Call is being transferred to CIC
 Then 1 for English
 2 for status
 1 for PR
 When it asks you to enter UCI number just be on hold n let it say it 3 times then the call is automatically transferred to an agent
 Agent will ask information about last name, first name, date of birth, application received date, email id etc.

Do I need only to say something about my plans or I need to submit also some documents ? It has not been mentioned anything about submitting some documents or even deadline to say about my plan?

Man be really careful with these people, if you can confirm your intentions to settle in ottawa with document then go ahead...it'll be much better if you show them an employment offer or evidences that u will really move to ottawa...if you can't then send them a letter of explanation and assure
that you wont settle in quebec and that you intended to apply for the FSW instead of QSW just because you wanted to leave Montreal and you wouldn't be able to settle outside quebec if u applied for QSW..
that's what i think you should do

Not to worry as it will take time already ur file is moving pretty fast hopefully in June u will get ur status updated. There are many guys who are waiting for MRs and their app date was a way back in 2013 , so you only have option to wait.
