My spouse birth place is UAE. She got her birth certificate from CONSULATE GENERAL OF INDIA,DUBAI(UAE).

Is it accepted by CIC?? Because I read in some of the post that birth certi isuued by Indian Ambasy was rejected by CIC....

anybody here who has changed their address while the application is ongoing with CIC? how is it important to notify CIC of the change of address? would there be any investigation to be done by the local VO? or is it a matter of the receiving the mail on your address issue only?

i wrote VO email and then they changed as they were communicating on my previous address. but after all goes well and quite satisfied with new address and updated email id.

embasy is issuig temporary birth certificate. u must re register in ur city in India showing embassy certificate, only they will put place of birth as UAE, all other for your home address and nationality. embassy is not authorized to issue birth certificate. only embassy certifes the place of birth as UAE

Hi Seniors, need urgent help...

I have applied for FSW and my file was received on 14th but I noticed that I forgot to mention Visa office and in form 3 I have made some tick errors (instead of more than 1 year less than 2 year i ticked more than 3 and less than 4 year).

Has anyone heard that Files are rejected for such reasons??

Now should I resubmit my application (Before any Rejection mail from CIC) again or wait ?? any experience please suggest something.

YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE TREATED AS INCOMPLETE AND RETURN TO YOU WITHIN THE
NEXT 2-3 MONTHS.YOU CAN THEN RESUBMIT PROVIDED YOUR NOC 2011 PROFESSION
IS NOT CAPPED BY THEN.
