 Procedure to get CIC agent on phone
 Call at – 0016139444000
 Select 1 for English
 Then 1 for foreign affair
 2 for immigration
 Call is being transferred to CIC
 Then 1 for English
 2 for status
 1 for PR
 When it asks you to enter UCI number just be on hold n let it say it 3 times then the call is automatically transferred to an agent
 Agent will ask information about last name, first name, date of birth, application received date, email id etc.

Dear seniors can any body tell me the CIO mail id, I have dropped the application on 10th april, but I haven't received any mail from CIO. I don't what's wrong with my application. So, I would like to contact the immigration office through e-mail, I tried to contact them by phone but, that is waste of time. Nobody giving any information.

Need your suggestion, I have submitted photos of Primary Applicant, Spouse and Kid along with application package mentioning name and date of birth of the person on photo, but forgot to mention date of photo taken.

Will it be an issue with my application, did any one FSW 2013 applicants had faced similar situation and if so what was the outcome.

Your advice is much appreciated..

Islandbabe thanks for sharing, I am confused how would CIC make for 1 year benchmark for FSW 2013. Anyways .......

Between i tried working around the spread sheet, it responds very slow may be due to lot of data. A good sign though ............. so many members.

Going from the Spreadsheet, quite a lot are in a similar position.

You have sent DD or CC? If its DD then you have to wait few more days to get PER if your application is in cap.

Hi Experts,

I am a FSW 2014 applicant. I applied last year but my file was returned because the cap reached limit. This year, my file has already reached CIC today and I just realized that in form IMM5669e background declaration Personal History section, although I mentioned details without any gap, including the information when I was in my homeland India and when I was in USA for my work assignments on work visa but I forgot to mention the days I visited other countries (UK for 3 days and Canada for a week) from USA while I was still out of India and still on USA work visa.

However, I have mentioned all travels including USA work, UK and Canada tourism visits in another form IMM5562 supplementary info travels.

My question is, would not mentioning tourism visits in IMM5669e personal history cause rejection of my application? Should I send another courier to CIC with the modified form by including these visits information. Please advise. Thanks.

You should be fine, no need to submit another package to CIO in my opinion. As I understand it, IMM5669 is intended to reflect periods you've lived somewhere as opposed to short visits. You've mentioned the visits in form IMM5562, so I think you're covered. I am by no means an expert, but I did get my PER and my forms were filled similarly to yours, i.e. no short visits documented as part of the gapless personal history required on IMM5669.

I would like to know if I should send this form alone as an additional document mentioning my old UCI number so as to diminish any contradiction with variable travel information with different forms in same application package.

Hi. I sent my application package last 2nd may,2014.application reached 08,may. However, i realized that we had a mistake in form imm5406 additional family information form for my spouse. In his form, my name was written as applicant but the rest of the details are from him and he also signed it. I am worried that my application package will be returned because of this mistake. Please advise

You really don't need to worry. If you scan the form carefully, you will find out that you have to enter period in years & months. There is no provision to enter days. It clearly shows that you short visits don't need to be reported here.

Your form is perfect and stop taking tension in this regard.

Same here Lids. Worried and feel perplexed about how to take thing forward.

I am anyway planning to submit a gcms request and send a registered post to NDVO with content from my 2nd CSE by next week.

It will be 1yr since applying by 26th May.

I don't want VO to get nuisanced by my CSE, emails and registered post. I am unable convenience myself that everything is ok and it is just a matter of time.

Nope. This is the first time they have ever taken any money from the CC
