Hi All

Glad the process for many of you here is almost complete. I'm completing my preparations to apply for FSW14. As you here all have some experience in this process already, I wanted your thoughts on something.

After reading through the forums (here and on the 2014 thread), I normally see where persons leave out certain vital documents or did not sign a particular form, etc and scramble to figure what to do as inevitably, the application will be returned for being incomplete and possibly fall outside of the cap. Can't a person immediately follow up and send an entirely new second application package with all the correct documents and correctly signed forms so that this second one remains within the cap when the first one is eventually returned? Isn't it that the first one you sent would not count and so it won't matter that you sent more than one as only the second one will be accepted as being properly completed?

WES and IELTS send two original copies so finding another original to send shouldn't be a problem.

What do you think?

You can send a entirely new second application if you feel your first application will be returned.

Include all application forms and docs as per the document checklist.

Yes, that's what I thought. Was just wondering if no one had ever thought about doing it or ever done it.

Yes, go ahead and apply under noc 4011. Your job description matches that. All the best.

Out of box thought, Good.

But CIC is not just a dept to receive your n no. of copies. If your first doc. is returned then they will give a UCI no. you have to quote that UCI no. on your second appl.

Otherwise you may be treated that you are hiding your earlier appl. and submitting 2nd.

Once your doc. reached to CIC, they will verify and allocate UCI. All your further appl. has to be indicated the UCI no. Otherwise CIC will discovery your earlier appl.(s)

still its individual choice to submit :-X

it depends. My application reached CIO the same day with yours. I got PER last 29th April, 4 days after my account charged.

My app package reached CIC on 10/04/2014 and they encashed my DD on 28/04/2014, and sent me the PER email on 04/05/2014.
It seems they are accelerating the process a bit so as to be prepared for the 25,000 apps of FSWP 2014. Hope this kind of acceleration applies to each step of the process as well :)

Good luck to all the late birds like me... :)
