jdn,

Please see my response in RED.

My child was born in Saudi Arabia and we have sent the birth certificate issued by Embassy of India. Will that be an issue?

Dear seniors,

I am bit worried about Credit Card payment. sometime the payment fails/unsuccess even they try multiple attempts.
Can we send two payment forms with two different credit card details. if one is fail/unsuccess, CIC can use another credit card. will they accept the application if they found two payment forms?? or return the application.

Please advise if any one sent two fee payment forms.

Regards,
Shaik

Aasaar,

Well, it will be totally dependent on the VO who will review your application.

Certificates issued by Embassies are generally unacceptable but they may become acceptable if applicant attach a written explanation stating clearly that birth certificate is not available for this or that reason, therefore an alternative is being submitted. But if applicant submits an alternative document without supported by written explanation, then it will be VO who has the authority to accept or reject application as incomplete.

Please note that if applicant is unable to submit any document listed on the Document Checklist, then a written explanation must be submitted to state why certain document is unavailable and what alternative document is being submitted. This instruction can be read as a NOTE on first page of Document Checklist.

It's dependent upon the visa office meaning at the local or remote visa office (e.g. NDVO etc) and not at the first stage at CIO?

now I'm not relaxed.

Is there somebody last applied like me and have any delays or everything was fine?

Nelkyl,

Due to this reason, CIO isn't going to return your application but there is a slight chance of your application being misplaced. Even it is misplaced, once CIO will open your application, it can be figured out that applicant has applied under NOC category and will be sent to proper personnel/office.

Hi to all EXPERTS,

We sent our FSW2014 NOC CATEGORY by courier and write the address bellow:

Citizenship and Immigration Canada
Federal Skilled Worker
NOC Category, Offer of Arranged Employment category or PhD category
Primary NOC 2011 Code: 1112
49 Dorchester Street
Sydney, NS
B1P 5Z2
Canada

According to your experience, can they returned our application because in the 3-th line we didn't wrote only: NOC CATEGORY

Thank you all in advance.

Shaik321,

If you aren't sure that credit card payment will be authorized or not, then submit Demand Draft which is the safe option. But don't submit two payment forms with two different credit card details. By the way, if one credit could be declined, then second could also be. Therefore I suggest you to go for DD.

Aasaar,

I am talking about VO at CIO. It is the responsibility of CIO to verify if application is complete or not. Once you get PER from CIO, then you have chance to submit birth certificate at your local VO but if VO at CIO consider your application as incomplete, there is no chance to submit any document.

Great .. Thanks , I thought there was some category which i need to specify . Now got it clear .

I know few cases from FSW 2013 who wrote full line like you did. They didn't face any issue. CIO is opening application based on the date receipt, therefore you shouldn't expect any considerable delay which could effect your application. I don't think so that you really need to worry about it.
