hey guys,
I have received the third line in my ecas.
My vo is new delhi. I have seen as a trend that NDVO request for pp during medical. however I was not requested for it. My current country of residence is UAE. Seniors please share your thoughts. Is it because of the country of residence that PP was not requested? how will they go about it?? anybody with similar experience? What can I expect next?

Kindly give your complete timeline. So that we come to know your process time.

NOW MY SPOUSE IS ELIGIBLE UNDER FSW 2014 AND I M READY WITH ALL DOCUMENTS EXCEPT ECA...

SHOULD I APPLY IN HER NAME IN SPITE OF MY FILE IS IN PROCESS WITH NDVO UNDER FSW 2013

Your case is similar to mine... infact i am happy (not) that some has beaten me in the "processing started ... " date... I dont think reapplying will make a lot of sense... since an application with your name on it is in process already and gives an indication that you are bit desperate... IMHO

I am just waiting for that day when they will rain MRs on all of us the waiting queue...

Didnt understand what you were trying to point out.. did u mean CIC has asked for 6 months bank statement?>
If its yes- they wana verify your salary credited to the account ..

sorry! u'r right. what do you mean by salary credited to your account? do they require you produce a hard copy coming from the bank detailing your latest transactions for the last 6 months?

If you have shown POF as Balance in Bank account ( that could be a reason for them to check 6 months bank statements to verify transactions) if not they would ask for Salary credit to bank account ( if you have not submitted pay slips and other work related documents or in case you don't have form 16 ITR returns {INDIA}). These are random not everyone is asked .. no one in the whole world knows how the process is ..

NDVO and other visa office are black box..

ahhh ok... in my case i have submitted my latest 3 months of payslips and certificate of employment detailing the salaries and bonuses that i receive. Then in POF, i ask the bank to give me a bank certificate showing the latest balance.

I got no email when my app was returned first time.
reason was cc not able to charge.
just the package was returned by regular mail.
