when did your application receive by CIO? did you get your PER mail?

it reached on 22nd april 2014. No PER yet...CC was charged few hours back

No MR, No response to my case specific enquiry after 1month. (I did get a auto acknowledgement email immediately after submitting CSE)

Processing started 5th Feb (3 months back)

I want to email NDVO with urgent note.

Is there an email address for NDVO I should use or should I raise a case specific enquiry again with the same content, but add the word 'Urgent' on top of the content typed.

Any advice or opinion regarding what I should do in this situation is welcome. Is this a bad sign overall?

P.S - My Spam/Junk folder is constantly checked as well.

Don't know what NDVO wants to do with our files, they are not asking any document ,not sending mr,not doing BCG and not responding any inquiry

Patience is the KEY.......just wait till they respond. sending too many emails can actually delay the process further.

HAD RAISED CSE BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING AT ALL.......

NOW I SEEK SENIORS' AND OTHER FORUMITES' OPINION........

THE WAY MY FILE IS HANGED UP BY NDVO ........... I HAVE LOST HOPE OF TIMELY PROCESSING....

NOW MY SPOUSE IS ELIGIBLE UNDER FSW 2014 AND I M READY WITH ALL DOCUMENTS EXCEPT ECA...

SHOULD I APPLY IN HER NAME IN SPITE OF MY FILE IS IN PROCESS WITH NDVO UNDER FSW 2013

Send a registered post to NDVO. Only that might work.

Can someone please help me understand beow terms and what sqquence do they come in....... i mean once you apply-> your application gets selected and then out of the below, what do you receive next....


1. Apply
2. Get AOR: (AOR=Application receipt i guess)
3. PER
4. MR
5. RPRF
6. ECAS
7. DM
8. CSE

Would be any issue if the credit card holder name (payer) is different from principal applicant's name?

1. you can write a self deceleration letter of your duties and can brief them clearly, why you're not able to get the job description letter from your present company. for claiming points on the OLD job, the complete job description is sufficient. yes, its a must to write about your current job on the schedule 3.
2.Don't worry on the passport expiry of yours. Its MAY, and if your spouse's PP has already expired, I think its not advisable to send them expired PP copies. Please contact Senior members on this issue.
