SHOULD I APPLY IN HER NAME IN SPITE OF MY FILE IS IN PROCESS WITH NDVO UNDER FSW 2013

IS IT VALID ? WHAT WILL BE THE STAND OF CIC IN SUCH CASE ?[size=10pt][/size]

I have read in this forum that if both the applications are passed then at MR level any 1 application is been asked to withdraw by VO
But not sure about this information...
Seniors... Correct me if m wrong...

Hi friends,

My case is such that there is a change in marital status after issuance of visa and before landing in Canada. So CIC has asked me to submit my spouse's documents along with my COPR & visa to re-issue the visa.

They have asked for my spouse's educational documents, work experience letters, pcc, and passport. They haven't asked for Medicals. Isn't that required or will it be asked at a later stage? I am assuming they may not ask at a later stage as they are asking to send the passport now. Please share your thoughts...

They havent released my passports yet. DM was May 5th. Is this normal?

Also do they send an email with the final decision once the DM is made?

No, my consultant sent my PPs to Visa Office by courier. its 10 days passed from DM, i m worried now.

DM is final decision made on ur applictn CSE I alrdy told and RPRF is right of permanent residence fee

hey guys,
I have received the third line in my ecas.
My vo is new delhi. I have seen as a trend that NDVO request for pp during medical. however I was not requested for it. My current country of residence is UAE. Seniors please share your thoughts. Is it because of the country of residence that PP was not requested? how will they go about it?? anybody with similar experience? What can I expect next?
