One very important question from me. Actually important for my situation.

I work as an engineer at seas. Now I am on vacation. My vacation ends in June, but my company is asking if I can join a ship of theirs earlier.

My immigration application status is "Medicals received" at the moment. Anytime they can ask for my passport. And I can be on the ship, which makes me impossible to send my passport to them.

Is there sometimes occasions that they just ask for copy of passport? I've already sent the copy of my passport, when they asked for some updated documents of mine.

Its better wait for month. You will get PPR soon.

No issue, VO will consider genuine request. Proceed with your work.

Based on situation you can raise CSE and they will give time. Only for some additional doc. request stage its critical not after MR.

I copied it from cic website , does it mean that Real state Documents can be used as proof of finance ?

I got PER on 14 April for NOC 3212. However, I have still not receieved the AOR. Is there anything to worry about it or is it for sure that AOR will come any which way?

This is really unacceptable. VO should take PP only after they feel every thing is OK and return the PP within 10-15 days. Its not fare to keep the PP for 85days.

Raise a CSE, Even you can plan one trip and show the ticket that you need to travel. They have to return your PP with visa Now.

Procedure of 'adding' a newborn baby into ur case file

Please provide the following documents within thirty (30) days in order to enable them to proceed further with the processing of ur file:

1. Additional Family Information Form (IMM5406E): http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5406E.PDF
2. Copy of Passport & Long Form Birth Certificate of the baby.
3. Fee Payment Form (IMM5620E) and $150 processing fee for ur baby: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5620E.pdf
4. Four (4) Photographs, as per size (see details): http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/photospecs-cit.asp

Upon receipt of the above documents they will update your file and send a medical form for the baby at the earliest possible.

NOTE: FORMS and FEE may have been updated, PLEASE make sure you fillup the UPDATED FORMS !!!
