One query
i am applying from dubai.how can we get Police clerance for myself and spouse of India in Dubai.Is it possible or should we go to india to get PCC.please advise.

These funds could be in the form of:

#documents that show property or capital payable to you (such as stocks, bonds, debentures, treasury bills, etc.) or
#documents that guarantee payment of a set amount of money, which are payable to you (such as bankers’ drafts, cheques, travellers’ cheques or money orders).

I copied it from cic website , does it mean that Real state Documents can be used as proof of finance ?

It is not necessary mate that education match with occupation. Ask your brother go ahead and apply.

My question is for those who used the credit card method of paymet

what is the name reflected on your credit card when cic charged you? because I would like to notify the bank of my credit card to anticipate a charge of 550 CAD under the canada immigration (the specific name it was charged under) so that it will not be turned down by system if ever.

You can get PCC from dubai itself for India. BLS does the process. Check the below link.

Okie... so type "bls dubai police clearance certificate" in google... should be the first result.


Note that prior to applying for India PCC, you and your spouse should've got your UAE PCC's.

PCC for UAE can be got from the Dubai police General HQ near Al Mulla Plaza.
for this, dubaipolice.gov.ae..
most used e-services(on the top left) ...> select request for good conduct certificate.

Education need not match the Noc under which he is applying. Do not hide the education has he will have to account for all his time on the Schedule A form and he may need the points.

Hi guys i have a querry , inorder to apply as HIGHLY SKILLED WORKER does education has to be relevant to the occupation ?
Actually my brother is master degree holder in english literature but then after seeing me he decided to join networking .....so he did 2 years course from a college in England , is it a good idea to apply under Network Technician category, should we show his masters degree to gain points or hide it ? He also has couple of years experience under his belt from Britain.
