Guys, another thing I want to clarify.

I am the principal applicant and I am bringing along my spuse and son. My agency is requiring us to submit proofs of my spouse's work experience and education credentials, along with mine. I checked the FSWP document checklist and there is nowhere there that says that the spouse's proofs of work experience and education credentials are required.

Please. I really need your opinion, guys. Thanks in advance.

You actually answered you own question....and yes it is indeed about sharing the correct information....

In the page http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/factor-experience.asp the topic starts with:

Finding your NOC category

"If the description and list of main duties MATCH what you did at your last job(s), you can count this experience for points."

The word job(s) here implies multiple job(s) in your NOC and NOT multiple job(s) in multiple (different) NOCs

Picking just one word out of a sentence without context is meaningless. Please read the whole sentence (if need be more than once) and you will see that what you are suggesting is incorrect.

digitalsphere, we all are here to disscuss and sort our problems with the previous experiences and knowledge gained from the past seasons. nobody is perfect here. every week new topic discussed a lot and gets at pinnacle. every person in the form has its own opinion whether it proves to be correct or wrong but it will surely makes a person's contribution. please do not underestimate any opinion and contribution of rakesh.the topic which has been discussed a lot of times and today it became a hot one, it doesn't matter who's right u or rakesh but dun forget the contribution he made here, he always try help members with their queries so u should respect that at least the language u use doesn't sounds gd to any of d member i guess...we always do healthy discussion and it should be like dis only......

Hi seniors,

I would like to ask your opinions on what to do for my hubby MR.
He is currently working in a ship under contract and will not go home til august2014.
The accredited doctors from all countries were they will dock is a long way travel from where they dock and the number of hours allowed for them to stay dock is very short.
Is it acceptable to send letter to CIC explaining this situation? We were only given 60days to finish meds that will be june as deadline.

It seems that there will be another round of 12 months, not just 8 months of old system application acceptance.
That's good.

Maybe they are planning to announce new program and even start accepting some EOI applications from January, but these 25000 applications are going to be processed the same way the FSW 2013 are.

Good news for all hard working people who couldn't make it last year due to WES being busy and low CAP limits.
