Friends, Just a quick question.....

How many of you have not sent PCC along with your application? What does it affect in your application if you don't send your PCC with your application? What you have faced during your application process? I'm reapplying in FSW 2014. Can you please share your experience? Should I wait for PCC or should I dispatch my application at the earliest?

Please share your view by quoting this message...

Thanks a lot...

Dear Friend,

First off all FSW 2014, is EOI. You can't just apply without getting invitation letter to apply :o

as per cic "The full set of Ministerial Instructions will be available in the Canada Gazette on April 26, 2014"

So wait and get the details.

Regarding PCC, yes you can submit application without PCC. 100% No issue. then you will get request to submit PCC during the process.

Yes, u can use debit card for fees payment for fswp. It depends what fee u want to pay. If for initial application process at CIO, Just fill out the relevant sections in the payment form with your details and don't forget to sign it. If for landing fee, vo will instruct u on how to make the payment-usually, vo request for bank draft.

Point of correction please. Fswp 2014 is not EOI. EOI (Express Entry) is starting in 2015.

I suggest u wait and get your pcc in a week's time and send along with your complete application. I am sure u will still fall within the cap (1,000) if u send your application by the first week of May. All the best.

Guys!!! It's decision made!! Waiting for pp now.
I bet we will have more DM in the coming days before 4th may for the minister to announce number of visa issued in one year for fsw 2013 :P

Do we need to mention hours per week worked in the experience letter. Full time means 8 hours per day, shouldn't this be sufficient.

My employer says he will mention full time employment but will not mention the hours as it is against the policy. According to him fulltime should mean 40 hours and they will not mention this explicitly.

According to cic format, I think the hours of work (per week) should be mentioned. 'Full time' means working at least 37hrs per week.
