NEED URGENT HELP FROM SENIORS/ ALL

Some of you might remember my case where I for the MR but no Passport / PRPF request on 13-Feb. After 3-4 unanswered emails and case specific queries to NDVO, today I get an email which is as follows:

Dear Applicant :

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada.

Please refer to our letter dated 13 February 2014, wherein we had requested you to send us the Passport and RPRF, which we have not received the same so far. Please arrange to send us the same ASAP.

If any fee payments are outstanding on your file, kindly follow the following link for information:

http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/india-inde/visas/fees-frais.aspx?lang=eng

Please submit the requested information or documents within 30 days from the date of this email. Failure to submit them within that time period could result in the refusal of your application.

:o :o :o :o
This is after checking my email of 13-Feb at least a thousand times which has no mention of RPRF whatsoever.

Anyways, assuming I lost the email somehow (I have a yahoo account and keep checking spam folder as well so dont know how though), what do I do? Please guide me on the next steps as I do not have the original RPRF request.

Can I send my passport without a formal request? Is there a chance of losing them?
What are the other formalities to be carried out? Can someone share there requests from NDVO so that I know what it looks like!

Please INBOX me or REPLY but do help me as I am at this critical juncture not faced by anyone else who is a NDVO applicant.

Many thanks!

Dear Member,
Send the requested documents without any delay. Print this email and send the same along with your PPT and RPRF request. Don't worry every thing will be fine. :D :D :D

GUys I have an important query , as my passport is buissy somewhere else .

How long does LVO gives for submitting Passport ?
How long does it take them to send a Passport request after submissions of medicals and fees?

Thanks

I was just in bit tense so thought to confirm this. I checked in receipt , it is written category: PR WITH PASSPORT , I am trying to get more info on this from customer care and seems they have holiday today. I send them after 31 march and vfs didn't told me anything like this.anyway tracking shows passports are reached at NDVO next day.

Thanks for sharing this info, other applicant may find other way to send their passport.

Thank you.

Hi! Please, update my app status: We started processing your application on 11 April 2014

One interesting note: my docs were received by Canadian office on the 17th of May 2013 and transfered to Warsaw in July. After a very-very long waiting period I decided to request my app status from the office (GCMS file). My request was received on the 27th of February and I got the GCMS file in 45 days (standard time). It was written there that by that date my documents haven't been processed at all (needless to say how disappointed I was). But... today I checked my app status and saw that the processing had been started. I don't say that it was my GCMS request which made them take my docs and finally start processing, but still...

Good luck to everyone (and me as well :) ). Hope to get the mediacl request soon.

I am also an applicant, whose file has been in Warsaw. I got the medical request from the Warsaw Visa Office on April 16, 2014.

CIC's Client Application Status page has been updated. Now it says "2. We started processing your application on April 11, 2014".

The message, I got from Warsaw Office, is as follow;

REQUEST FOR SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS

This letter is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada.

WHY ARE YOU RECEIVING THIS LETTER?

Your file will be reviewed now to assess your admissibility and eligibility. Some documents need to be updated before a review can take place.

WHAT ARE WE REQUESTING?

- Updated schedule A for yourself, your spouse and each dependent child over the age of 18

o The schedule can be found at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5669E.PDF

o Dependent children over the age of 18 must fill this form if they continue to financially depend on you after their 22nd birthday

o Please ensure that you leave no gap in your personal history and in your address history

- Police certificates for yourself, your spouse and each dependent child over the age of 18

o You, your spouse and your dependent children over the age of 18 must submit an updated police certificate from the country where they are currently residing

o You must submit a police certificate from every country where you and your spouse have resided more than six months if it has not already been submitted; this requirements applies also to your dependent children if they have resided in foreign countries for more than six months after their 18th birthday

o Our website contains useful information on how to obtain foreign police certificates: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/index.asp

- Updated proof of funds

o You must submit proof of liquid, transferable funds. Your proof of funds should show the history of funds for the last six months.

o The minimum amount required varies in function of your family size; please see the minimum required at this address: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/funds.asp

- Completion of the medical examination for yourself, your spouse and your dependent children

o The required forms with detailed instructions will be sent to you by a separate e-mail.

- Payment of the Right of Permanent Residence Fee for yourself and your spouse (if applicable), if it has not already been paid. The amount is $ 490 CAD per person.

o Instructions on how to make the payment can be found here: http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/poland-pologne/visas/processing_fees-frais_traitement.aspx?lang=eng&view=d

- A copy of all pages of passport for yourself, your spouse and your accompanying dependent children

o Each person must have their own passport and there must be at least two blank pages in each passport

o The passport should be valid for the next twelve months and should be the passport that you intend to use to enter Canada

o Ordinary passports are the only type of passport into which a permanent resident visa maybe inserted. Diplomatic, official and special passports are not acceptable

- Specify the height and eye colour for you and each of your accompanying dependents (on a separate sheet of paper)

- For your relative in Canada: Updated proof of residency in Canada (if you are claiming additional points for having relative in Canada)

o Please provide evidence that your relative currently resides in Canada. This should include but is not limited to: recent pay stubs, T4 slip for previous year, recent utility bills, and recent banking history showing transactions in Canada.

Do not submit copies of driver’s licenses, property tax assessments, Social Insurance or Health Insurance cards as these types of documents are not sufficient proof of residency in Canada.

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR DOCUMENTS?

You must send all documents together in one package. Our mailing address can be found at the bottom of this page. Please write your file number on the outside of the envelope and on the cover letter that will accompany your documents.

You have sixty (60) days to submit the documents.

If you require foreign police certificates which take more than sixty days to obtain, please send all other documents with a note explaining which police certificate are missing and when you should be able to send them.

WHAT ARE THE NEXT STEPS?

If your documents are not submitted within sixty days, your application will be reviewed and the lack of updated documents is likely to lead to a refusal.

If you submit your documents within sixty days, they will be reviewed by an officer to assess your admissibility and your eligibility. Some cases require more in-depth review to assess the admissibility: additional information, additional medical examination or an interview could be required. The assessment of the admissibility is a step that requires more time, please wait six months from the date of the submission of your documents before contacting us for a status update.

What do you guys think? Am I close to approval stage, after sending the required documents? How much time will my file process take, you think?
