Dear Forum Members,

Need an urgent help.

I Got Medical request and Passport Request on 15th April, and latest date to submit it by June 4th. I have below queries,

1. i am currently in United states for my company work and expect to be here till October 2014, how should i do with submitting of my passport to NDVO? Can i send my passport to someone? ( my plan is to send my wife and daughter back to India with my passport and once stamp is done they will send it with some to me in USA? is it legal to send passport? and NDVO may ask question if my passport does not have the US exit stamp and India entry stamp?
2. Also is it possible to do medical test in USA and send it to NDVO?
3. Also since i am here for last 5 months and by may 16, it will be 6 months do i need to get PCC from USA, they did not ask about PCC as of now, and NDVO do not know i am in USA.
4. Can i ask NDVO to delay my file till October 2014, when i go back to India?

I need urgent Help. I have done my B.com from Panjab University and CFA from ICFAI university. When I filled up the form for WES, I filled on the details of my B.com because i was not sure whether i will be able to arrange the transcripts of my CFA. I made the payment and arranged the transcripts from panjab university. Now got information from ICFAI university Hydrabad that they can also provide me with the transcripts. Is there is any way to update the documents on WES website so that i can go through the ECA of both my degrees. Please suggest it is urgent.

All your queries are very valid and you have paid a critical attention to the nuances that may become a trouble. While you gather suggestions from our friends, I suggest it would be better if you consult NDVO on these queries as well, through a CSE. Please mention your US tenure timeline as well. Since legalities are involved in these matters, in all probability NDVO might transfer your case to CPP-O, thereby reducing your hassle.

Medicals can be done in US.

It will be better if you apply for PCC for yourself and spouse while you are in US - will save you time.

First I wish success & all the best for all Applicant's
I have applied for PR under FSWP & sent my application to CIO in Sydney NS. according to my knowledge my the entire application package is supposed to be sent from CIO to the corresponding visa office after initial assessment, but somehow, seem like my application has been to transferred to Ottawa immigration pilot office because I received an email telling me that we decided to finalize your application with a personal interview, furthermore, they requested me to send the following:
New police certificate
Carry out medical check
Pay RPRF fee
Now me application status shows (in process):
1- We received your application of Jan 19, 2014
2- We started processing your application on Mar 27, 2014
3- Your medical results have been received

My questions are as follows:
1- Why my application has been sent to Ottawa Pilot Immigration office, does that mean it will be finalized there without sending to the corresponding Visa Office?
2- Is there any chance for refusal after this stage?
3- What will be my next step (i.e. is it Decision Made or PPR or something or something else) & how long it will take?

yes you can upgrade your credential or equivalency report. contact wes, write them an email.
