Frankly, I don't know for sure. I am inclined to think that once the e-medicals are received and reviewed by the NDVO officials they update our status. If they still wait for our medical receipts to reach is a question. I request someone who has seen through this to answer the query. I, too, have completed the medicals on April 4, but not sent the package yet. Planning to send tomorrow.

In my case Medicals received has been updated before the passport package has been received by them.I did my medicals on 21/02/14 and updated in my ecas as ical results have been received." on 03/03/14. But my passport package reached on 08/03/14. Hope this helps.

Today I have completed landing process from India to Canada (Toronto Pearson airport). I have been in Canada before, so I didnt face much questions. First entered to visitors immigration lane, then they checked COPR and Visa in passport. Then they sent me to Immigriation section inside where she took one copy of COPR and gave me another one with details on it. She told me that Ill get my PR card in a month or two. She asked general questions like how much money did you brought with you? any gifts.. just general questions. Then congratulations part and welcome part.

After completing the e-medical or after the complete package with passport/fees/pcc/mr receipt reaches the visa office?

I completed medical on 3rd april, but will send package in few days after i receive new pcc

still no DM for me......PSP n med request on 21 Dec,submitted both on 29 Jan...RPRF DD en-cashed on 3rd Feb....so its been 69 days since i submitted my passports...
I was thinking to raise a CSE with NDVO....my wife is pregnant and her due date 12th june....as per doctor and airlines rules she can fly till 12th may...will it be right to mention this in my CSE...may write NDVO............ that I want to fly before 12th may so that we can have the delivery of our baby in Canada, so please issue me visa before 12th may and if it is not possible to issue me visa before 12th may please hold my visa till the delivery of my child, so that i can add my child to our application before NDVO issue the visa.........
Please suggest......I am really worried now.....please help........

yes sharma send a CSE and describe the condition i am hopeful NDVO will consider it.
