Dont worry Ramndeep...You will get it because first digit of pin is the code for state and second or third might be for district.
but be in touch with your local postman(Delivery boy)and explain him about your expected courier

Hi Guyz,

I want some advise. I have left the UCI section of the Application Form blank, thinking that I dont have one since I am applying for the first time. However, I and my family have a Canadian Visitors' Visa (expired) which I had applied through VFS. I didnt get any mail or letter from CIC stating my UCI number. I came to know recently that we get a UCI number while applying for visitor visa and it would remain unchanged not too.

I looked at my Visitor Visa, it has an 8-digit number, which I am not quite sure, is the UCI number.

I guess leaving the UCI blank in the form should not be a problem. Comments ??

Friend leaving blank in UCI Column in form is not a problem. dont worry about it.
