@aero_aayush, I think since the CIC work load with the new apps is now lean, you should hear about your PER soon. Keep an eye on your spam folder in the email as well.

Guys, has anyone any experience or knowledge about how CIC handles cases where one of the family member(part of the application) was found to have active TB? Do they reject the application or wait till the treatment is over(approx 6-9 months)?

Whatever information you can share would be great. Thanks

Thanks to everyone who has contributed to this thread. i have been following the thread passively, and i must confess that you have been doing a really nice job.

I sent my full application to the CIC on the 17th of march, 2014 and I got my CC charged on the 3rd of April, 2014 as well as my PER emailed to me on the same day (I could hear you saying, "that was pretty fast").

However, my challenge has been to log-in to eCAS to check my status. I supplied all details to the required fields -surname, DOB, UCI, place of birth - but i kept gettting a message saying "
We were not able to identify you using the information you provided." Please, I wish to be advised by anyone who have had this issue before.

Instead of UCI, put your application number as written on the PER email.
