Hi all,

Congrats to all who received PER, AOR, MR & DM

I have a quick query, I want to send my PP, RPRF DD, MR,etc to New Delhi Canadian High Commission, which is the best option, VFS or courier?

Yesterday I had gone to VFS Canada - New Delhi to confirm their timings; they told they want a letter of Canadian High Commission in which it is mentioned that VFS can send these docs to them, or otherwise they have to speak to a visa officer whether they can accept these docs for FSW13 or not. People who have already sent PPs through VFS please advise on this, whether this is true?

And if i send by courier which courier is best, safe and secure, people who had sent these docs through courier, please advise.....

Now I have just confirmed from VFS Canada Customer care number, that if you have received the mail from Canadian High Commission to send the documents, then you should send the documents by VFS only.
You have to carry the copy of the mail from Canadian High Commission and an ID proof along, when you go to VFS to send the documents.

Advantage VFS: You get message when passports are ready for dispatch on return, & a CHC authorized agency. Don't want to use this advantage your wish. Send via any reputed courier.

They are mention of the PP & RPF letter/document which you received from CHC. Take the print out of that document and they will happily take your PP

I refute that. Many ppl in this forum have sent their docs through couriers like blue dart,DHL etc. VFS is a personal choice, not mandatory. -1 for this.

You mentioned that you received some original documents. Could you please share which documents were retained and which one send back with PP.

Received ielts result, and duty letters back..

Dear forum mates
please advise
as me n spouse changed jobs we wrote to delhi immigration office tht v r travelling on emergency leave v have no leave balance please stamp visa within 15 days of travel

we wrote Delhi Immigration office
about our current situation regarding new job probationary period and stuff we got the following reply but v r still travelling as if they ask for PP also after a month scenario will b same v will still have to travel n v have no vacation days and we managed to get emergency leave with a lots of hassles

No action is required from your side yet. The file will subsequently transferred to local visa office by CIC. Local VO will acknowledge the receipt of it to you via what is called as AOR. Upon processing your case in steps, local VO will send you MR/PPR/RPRF at which point you shall need to complete your medicals and send the passports, fee draft etc.

If you don't hear from CIC or local VO (once the file is transferred) in a reasonable time, you may raise a CSE.
