My mistake. They reminded me just once (by email & call both) in Feb 2014 and then I submitted the PCC in March 2014. Iam sure you will get DM in few coming days.

Thanks guys :) I submitted my passport in jan 2014 and my spouse's passport in feb 2014. But I forgot to submit my Pcc, which I did submit in april 2014 after a reminder from embassy guys ;)

hey jagskarm my documents weren't misplaced. I had not sent my wife's PCC so they had called up to give us a reminder. I think it is a positive sign. Just send your marriage pics and everything would be fine. Good Luck!!
