Seniors please advise, I applied for FSW 2013 under job code 2174 but didn't fall under the cap...

Now I am planning to apply for NSNP - Nova Scotia Nominee Program, please clarify my doubts.

As per the NOC list, my job duties falls under 2173 - Software Engineers and Designers, but the job title(Designation) mentioned was not matched. eg my designation is earlier System Analyst and now Technical Lead.
My designation exactly matches to the NOC 2171 - Information Systems Analysts and Consultants but job duties didn't match.

Please let me know which job code I can apply 2173 or 2171.

You should rather bother about the matching job duties than the matching job title. Whatever NOC code meets your profession and duties performed therein and to which you can provide experience and reference letters, is the one for you.

I seem to have found the source of this silence from NDVO from last 3 days and there eagerness to release multiple DM's so quickly just before that. Could not have helped more myself and just googled about canada high commission in india and stumbled on this link. So i guess any further progress for NDVO guys relating to AOR/MR/DM will resume only after the general heads back home and that is from Monday 3rd March.

I think you rightly pointed it out buddy.... This may be the reason for silence of NDVO for past 4-5 days... Also NDVO might have processed many applications at a good pace to show their efficiency directly to the governor general.... Many of these officers will be busy with governor general's india visit... +1 for your research ...... ;D ;D ;D

Dnt worry brooo as my othr frnds suggestd its job duties tht matters nt the designation....I work as a senior microbiologist and I applied under 3211 in nov and now 3212.....so go ahead with it..
