How long does it take to receive passport request after the ECAS is updated with "Medical Results Received". Visa office CPP-O

Thanks!

Hi guys,

We are in the medical stage of the processing. My wife is pregnant and I wonder if it’s possible to get permanent visa stamp in passport after medicals before due date? I've read somewhere here that officers try to postpone visa issuing because of that.

Do we have forum members who got permanent resident’ visa during their pregnancy?

Appreciate any insight.

It depends on the applicant background.
some people got within 3 weeks. one of my friend who is a CPP-O applicant, haven't got the PPR having done the medical 4 months before..

Hi,
I would suggest you to drop them an email or send them a CSE explaining this scenario.
I am sure this has happened due to some error or may be they have forgotten to send you the forms.
Dont worry, you'l get those very soon.
God bless. :)

Sorry rawdah. Sat/ Sun - had slow connection at home (spreadsheet was taking long time to open.) :-X Yesterday, morning when I checked, it seemed you had updated everything for last two days. :)

I will update it from today. :)

I am still waiting. Medical results received on Jan 29th by CPP-O...I guessing roughly about 2 months, based on what I see here...

your bank gives you an update which is older to the present scenario. So just chill. Your DD should have been encashed after the bank gave you the update.

FULLY ENDORSE WHAT WAS SAID BY RAKESHTK below. Sunflower was kind enough to add her details.....but there are many other users of this forum who see what a great use it is to them, to us in general, yet still selfishly refuse to share their information. By this time is must be obvious that posting your info here will not mean you wont get your visa or will "jinx" your application. Please post your information as your timeline may help another forumite and THAT is what this forum and the spreadsheets are all about.

Thanks

PS Congrats Jatpunjabi :)
