Hi Everyone,

Update: Finally, Received Medical request, PP request and RPRF fee from Delhi CIC.

I have some questions:

1. They have requested PCC from UK(we lived in UK for 2 years) and India.

Question1:
1. We lived in UK prior to 2013. I had applied and received PCC from UK in July 2013. Will this PCC work? OR Do I need to take recent PCC again from UK?

Question2:
2. Regarding IND PCC. I had applied for IND PCC in September 2013, Got it by 25th September 2013.
Do I need to get a new PCC for India as well as I have read on some forums that PCC is valid for 3 months only?

Question3:
3. At which address can I send registered post or courier so that I get an acknowledgement that they have received the required documents.

Question4:
4. Regarding RPRF fee, can I send the draft in INR or it must be CAD?

Information about above questions will be greatly appreciated.

For those of you who have queries regarding PCC, this is what NDVO wrote to me in the MR, PCC, PP email:

Finally, you are required to provide the following additional supporting documents, if they have not already been submitted.
 Police Clearance Certificate(s): From each country where anyone in the following list has resided for six months or longer since the age of 18: the principal applicant spouse or common-law partner (whether they are accompanying or not) each dependent child over the age of 18 years (whether they are accompanying or not)
The Police Clearance Certificate from the country where you are currently residing must be no more than 12 months old. The Police Clearance Certificate from any country where you no longer reside must be issued after your departure from that country or no more than six months before your departure.

Yes Buddy 9th jan applicant kapil sharma noc 3212 had been chrgd on 11th feb,He is not in d spread sheet..

U should be chargd this week as people from other nocs jan end week applicnts had been chrgd alrdy..

The application was sent on 17th of jan... and reached there by 22nd...

Rawdah..brother..+100 for you, I was also in demand so this i got it. I send my uk Pcc which I got two years ago and never travel later and indian Pcc in 2013.hope it work for them.

At d moment I m clueless brooo... like u I m also eagerly waiting for my dd to be encashed by CIO. But 1 thing which is quite surpurising tht there are guys who applied b4 kapil and still hasn't been chrgddd...

bhFSW2174....we couldn't forget you. They sent you one of their generic responses. Is does seem though that they have at least opened your file, maybe even started preliminary work on it.....back ground checks maybe. At this stage this email is nothing to worry about.

I am planning to apply for FSW under 2174 when the cap is reset for 2014-15. I have scored 6.5 in Reading, 6.5 Writing, 6.0 in Speaking and 6.0 in listening. I have more than 5 years experience in my field. My age is 42 at this moment and I have blood relatives in Canada. I have a bachelor degree and PG diploma. Kindly advise if I will be legible to score 67 points.

Below given your total points:

Language (R,W,S,L)- 18 (5,5,4,4)
Education - 22 (Count only 21 if the college you done your PG Diploma is not under University Grants Commission-UGC-In case of India)
Experience- 13
Age- 5
Adaptability- 4

Total= 63

Ineligible based of the current point based system... However you can improve your IELTS score upto 24 or you can make your spouse to do IELTS so extra 5 points also will get added to adaptability.

Categories and points may change every year....

it may be due to the difference between dd and cc.... lets hope our days may coming soon.......in which noc you applied for rajvir.. 3212 right? i couldn't find you in spreadsheet....

So you sent the CSE 2-3 days back and got the response today?

I am just trying to get an estimate of the time lag. I have also raised a CSE on 9th Feb, but haven't received any reply yet. If you got the response in 2-3 days, it is fast. Perhaps your case is being processed as we speak.
