Has anyone one out of the forum tried applying for parents Visa along with the federal skilled worker visa?
I wanted to take my parents too.. or complete their paperwork before leaving so that they don't have to run around in offices in old age....
Super Visa? Yes ... No?
Any clues?

A little help from you all would be a boon...

Regards,

Hi GJG.. Super visa is not applicable for us as it is required to show Canadian income to apply for super visa for parents... Also i think you can apply for super visa only after 2 years of showing Canadian income.. (i could be wrong here.. please, if someone knows about this can elaborate).

I'm taking my mother along with me... I have already taken a 1 year multiple entry Tourist Visa for her (wish they could give for a longer duration).. I plan to extend it once there or she may have to come back to India and I shall reapply online from Canada.

Joe99,

Thank you very much for your comments.

But I think, you misunderstood my opinion. I didn't say that we have to get refrence letter with role & responsibilities from all employers and submit it to CIC in any case. What I have said is that experience letters (recieved from the employer to the employee at the time of resignation) don't carry roles & responsibilities. Therefore, an applicant must be looking for reference letter to fulfill the CIC requirements. Experience letters and reference letters are totally different letter in their context. If someone has obtained experience letter with roles & responsibilities from his/her employer, it can be used as an alternative of reference letter.

By the way, I didn't discuss if someone doesn't submit reference letter or one has to submit only reference letter. This is another topic. Frankly speaking, I didn't get reference letter from any of my employer, therefore I submitted a written explanation that for this & that reason I am not able to submit reference letter but I am submitting following documents as alternatives of reference letters. It is totally as per the CIC guidelines.

I hope this will clarify.

But if someone can't get reference letter in CIC format, then he/she must write an explanation why

Dear Abu......

I understood what you quoted...... I generalized the things..... But not compared with you said buddy...
Hope you got me now........
Exactly........ As you said....... Clear written clarification in Explanation letter is what all required very much.
Even I did the same bro.......

Good luck & God be with you in your journey.... :)

Please refer to the document request letter - it clearly says that RPRF is only for PA and Spouse not for Kids below 22 Yrs and the amount is CAD 490 per person.

And for large organization/ Govt. exchange rate doesn't change with market. In most cases it's fixed atleast for a quarter unless there is signifact fall/rise in one of the two currencies, so you can always make the DD in INR which is much simpler IMHO.

I think NDVO work in this pattern... They may finalize and make ready all applications in 3-4 days and do updates in the other working days of the week...and same pattern many repeat all the weeks... Becoz last Saturday and yesterday many applicants had good news to report... But today it is fully blank...
