Is it 1) Immigration Section - Service de l'Immigration 7/8 Shantipath, Chanakyapuri PO Box 5209 New Delhi 110021 India
or 2) High Commission of Canada Visa Section P.O. Box 5209 New Delhi 110021, India

Also Should I include the UCI number on the outer cover of the package?

Dear Preity, if you are close to any tier-1 city, I'd recommend you use the VFS option for delivery of PPs.

As i mentioned in my earlier post that i got UCI number when i called CIC..this was the UCI generated for my returned application..i am trying to enter the same in ECas but it doesn't recognize either the old application status nor the new one send to CIC.. would appreciate if someone can throw light ...

Hello,

Got a status change to "We Started Processing your application on February 11, 2014".

Waiting for the medicals mail.

Can anyone please tell me... after how many days the second third line for "Medicals Received" would be added after doing the medicals?

Regards,

Sorry to differ with your opinion Mr.Islanbade

I submitted for two of my employers
old reference letters which was dated as Aug 2008 and Oct 2011
I got PER also

I don't think 6 months validity of reference letter is valid point
every time getting letter from previous employer is quite tiresome job
Also some employers wont provide once they have given you previously

There are no clear instruction in CIC website or Check list saying that it should be with in the six months

once again my apology for differing with your opinion buddy

Mr. Abuhasan you can throw some light on this issue

Hi Friends/Seniors: After DM how much time embassy takes to send the passport back or in how many days one would get them back. I am talking about New Delhi Visa Office. I got DM on Friday 14/02/14.

Has anyone one out of the forum tried applying for parents Visa along with the federal skilled worker visa?
I wanted to take my parents too.. or complete their paperwork before leaving so that they don't have to run around in offices in old age....
Super Visa? Yes ... No?
Any clues?

A little help from you all would be a boon...

Regards,

Generally Job Reference letters.....Experience Letters.......Appointment Letters.....Offer Letters ........any job related documents are issued once only to an employee........

It doesn't matter when they are issued............If they are genuine.........so no immigration asks or requests recently issued job related docs........Immi depts . are much aware of it.

FYI

gangster9sls,

I think, experience letter and reference letter are being mixed with each others. The forum member's post to which Islandbabe replied; he/she mentioned that he/she has old reference letter from his/her employer. What I think is that it could be actually experience letter but not reference letter which normally every employee recieves from his/her employer at the time of resignation. I think, Inlandbabe replied considering it as a reference letter which normally one requests from his/her referee when one actually needs it. It doesn't make sense that one requests a reference letter from his/her referee way too early without knowing the purpose of the reference letter and what should be the content and to whom it should be addressed etc.

You are also right in terms of experience letter that employer will never give experience letter twice and CIC will accept old experience letters. But multiple reference letters can be requested and obtained from the employer if they are willing to. Few employers don't entertain reference letter requests having contents instructed by CIC. It is true in my case; my employers refused staright away that we don't provide such reference letter which has job description and salary mentioned on it. I also got PER based on my experience letters dated back.

I am not sure if 6 months validity applies to reference letter but what I can say is that applicant must make sure before submitting a reference letter that whatever contact details of referee including his/her position are given in the reference letter, they are completely intact.

Hope that will help.

I got MR................

Thanks for your support and guidance through out the process..

Timelines are mentioned in my signature (& on left panel)...

I need your opinion.. I just got my UK work visa & I am expected to travel this weekend to UK from India. Please help answering the following:

1. How can I send the passport from UK to India/NDVO?
2. How will I get my passport back from NDVO to UK?

Of course, I will communicate to NDVO about my travel plan and actual travel. What else should I do?

Seniors please suggest... !!
