Dear It is necessary to notify NDVO about the change in your employment status. please go ahead and send them mail. you find in the AOR regarding any change should be notify immediately at visa office to avoid delay processing times of the application.

I suggest you to send all the documents that your got from your company to NDVO along with the proof that the company you worked gonna close done permanently from feb. This is important becoz in case if they do bg check(insite or telephonic) it will cause difficulty in your app processing... Enclose a covering letter along with the documents with explanation. If you rejoined in some other company give the the proof of the same too...
