After undergoing medical, the result will be sent directly to the VO by the physician. You don't have to worry about that.

You need to carry the form IMM1017 (MEDICAL REPORT CLIENT BIODATA AND SUMMARY) for each family member send by visa office. they will conduct the medical tests and send the reports directly to visa office. They will give you the photocopies of the forms carried by you, which you need to send it to later to visa office as requested. Please also carry the 3 passport size photographs as well

Dear i received my GCMS notes just after 30 days

i ordered my file through caips notes website ( http://caipsnotes.com/index.shtml )
i think they are providing best services also accepting credit card.

You can fill the form online take the printout and (if you have not paid the fees online) then you can directly reach to the venue with your required docs after 24 hours. You can pay the fees Rs 500/- at seva kendra only or more info you can call passport customer care. You will get the PCC withing 3-4 hours same day.

When I am trying to pay online, it is showing next appointment slot is available on 12/03/2014 i.e. I will have to wait for more than a month. ??? ??? ???
