Dear Experts,
I applied for FSWP 2013. But my documents came back due to filling of the cap. I will again apply for next year if it is open. However I need a bit of clarification regarding police certificate. In the guidelines it is written that the PCC for all countries visited is required for stamping. I have travelled and stayed in many countries like US, UK and Switzerland . Now to collect the PCCs from all those countries is a real pain. So before issuing the visa do they ask to get all the PCCs. Or home country would be fine. If any one who has similar profile can share his / her experience what the visa office wants would be good for me.

akashsar, very sorry to hear this. The program will hopefully re-open soon and will be much faster. Yeah PCC is really a painful process especially if you have been to many countries in the past. However, you don't have to obtain the PCC for any country unless you have stayed there for more than 6 months continuously. See if that reduces your load any bit.
