you dont need to provide PCC for Canada . The guide also says the same
But i remeber someone mentioning they asked him , but it was like that he was still in canada as per their record

I had been to canada multiple times and they have not asked me for PCC.
So as per guidelines they should not ask for Canada PCC

Fees are payable in Canadian dollars or Indian Rupees. Only bank drafts (demand drafts) or certified cheques are accepted; cash is not accepted for fee payment. The bank draft should be made for the exact amount and in favour of "Canadian High Commission" or "Receiver General for Canada" payable at New Delhi.


I would suggest have a DD in INR and also in Favour of Canadian High Commission"
