After getting married pls inform LVO by raising CSE and tell them that you want to add your wife to your application and what all docs are required. They are quick in replying.

Congrats! Repeating old question, did you receive COPR as some hard copy paper with the Passports or is it sent in email like Medical forms?

I think in case they ask you for Proof of funds then you can send them bank statement from your changed bank account with a cover letter explaining your case.

The mail says "your file will be forwarded to a visa office for further processing". How does one know what date the file is sent to the VO?

No need to tell them about new account. But better you can send new bank statement with the required amount for two person from ur new bank account.
