A little misunderstanding on your side bro... lids got the PER of the second applicatoin filed. July was the first time application date... i guess second application was in november

UPDATE:

Have received MR/RPRF/PCC/PP request yesterday afternoon via email from CHC, New Delhi. I had send India PCC to CHC in Dec'13. Don't know whether I should just send a copy of same or get yet another fresh one and send.

My ecas status had changed to processing started a day before on 24th Jan.

I wrote to Canadian Embassy in Riyadh asking for PCC request letter. Their reply, received the same day, was:
"Dear Madam/Sir,

"In order to assist you with your required Police Clearance Certificate, please send your Immigration file number. Police Clearances only have one year validity.

"If you are applying from London or Abu Dhabi no assistance will be provided and you will need to contact your Immigration Office."


I wrote to London Visa Office, they replied the next day:
"Dear Applicant,

"Thank you for your message. The Arabic request letters to obtain police certificates from Saudi Arabia have been sent to your representative's mailing address by TCS courier service.

"Yours sincerely,"

May be you can try by simply walk-in as per the CIC website rule is same for Bahrain to get 1st official request from Visa office. But I went walk-in and talked to the office and they accepted my application without letter from CIC. They issued me PCC with in a week.

There is some problem with ecas.. After entering all the details it does not show application status. Are you receiving same error?

Just the application, orginal PPs and fee receipt. No address proof required if residing in Pp address else a couple of address proofs required. In any case better to carry address proofs.

ok....thnk u......I could not get appointmenet due to heavy rush....im relying on an agent .....hope he should arrange it for me taking some bribe...is it possible passport office allow to issue pcc even we go without appointment and say its very urgent

U can apply online, pay fees and w/o taking appointment can walkin before 10.30 for Pcc on any day.

dear please carry photos and all relevant address proof. ...eg bank statements, dl...etc...all the best for getting PCC soon

but the problem is I cant see payment option unless I first select the date of appointment
