Do I need to send medical forms( Identity validation by doctor) along with medical reciept to NDVO?

this is to inform you I got the MR e-mail from CPP-O and its form in 2 separate e-mails few hours ago
the MR e-mail itself dated Jan 24th

they also requested to pay the RPRF fees and provided instructions for doing so online
I just want to say thank you thank you God for that
and of course thanks for all the forum admins and everyone here

Admins please turn me blue in the sheet...loooong waited for it
My ECas still have one line only, no second line added till this moment

btw, anyone knows if high Blood Pressure could delay or cause application rejection???

A small analysis of LVO trend:

2 persons from each 0211, 2131 and 2147 have been sent MRs
The persons who have been called for interview are either from 2174 or 1112
2174: 5 Persons have recieved interview calls and 3 persons neither reported MR or interview call ( Mostly people have heard from VO)
1112: 5 Persons have recieved interview calls and 5 persons neither reported MR or interview call (half of the people have heard from VO)

It can take upto 15 days. There is a possibility that the hospital authorities can lose, forget, misplace your files. Or have technical glitch in uploading the reports. In my case I took my medicals on 18th December and it was only uploaded on 26th December 2013. Even though the official from Fortis, Bangalore confirmed that this was uploaded on time, Ecas was not showing the 3rd line.
Worried, I checked with another clinic in Bangalore to see if they can take my medicals without passports. (I was worried because my time to submit my medicals was 20th of Jan and what if the hospital has goofed up.) When clinic no. 2 heard about my request, the assistant there checked my status using IME number and she confirmed that Fortis has actually uploaded the reports. Only then I was relieved. The 3rd line was later updated on 11th January 2014.

My recommendation is that you visit smaller clinics for medicals as they will be doing less of "other" work.

Moral of the experience:
Follow up if your medicals don't reflect within 2 week of the date you did your medicals.

UPDATE:

Have received MR/RPRF/PCC/PP request yesterday afternoon via email from CHC, New Delhi. I had send India PCC to CHC in Dec'13. Don't know whether I should just send a copy of same or get yet another fresh one and send.

My ecas status had changed to processing started a day before on 24th Jan.
