Can anybody advise, how much time VO takes to start the processing of Applications after receiving all docs? Do we have anyone who is going to complete the process in 1 year as it was suggested in May?

Warsaw visa office also have to follow the criteria of 2013 applications like other offices (LVO, NDVO, COLOMBO, PARIS ....), THEY SHOULD NOT WORK SIMILAR TO A SEPARATE ISLAND. I think we have to send E-Mail to Warsaw and ask them about 2013 applicants. NDVO and LVO also have much more 2011,2010 and 2009 applicants in comparison to Warsaw, but at the moment just working on 2013 applicants.
I think we have to aware Warsaw regarding Minister instructions that 2013 applicants should be finalized within 12 months.

i agree, Warsaw VO can't work in silo away from other VOs. I assume that each VO estimates the time required to process 2013 application according to the staff capacity and number of application they've received, based on that they determine when to start working on 2013 applications in order to finish before May2014. So don't worry, maybe they don't have much new applications, that's why they're still clearing the backlog.

A small analysis of LVO trend:

2 persons from each 0211, 2131 and 2147 have been sent MRs
The persons who have been called for interview are either from 2174 or 1112
2174: 5 Persons have recieved interview calls and 3 persons neither reported MR or interview call ( Mostly people have heard from VO)
1112: 5 Persons have recieved interview calls and 5 persons neither reported MR or interview call (half of the people have heard from VO)

Application Received @ CIO : 22 November 2013
Credit Card Charge : 11 January 2014
PER Received : 22 January 2014

I hope someone here could share theirs, especially their timeline after receiving their PER, so that we could estimate our waiting time from one step to another...

Guys, want to have your opinion. I applied for the 3rd time as my previous application was rejected due to payment issues. Now yesterday i received my application back and it was written in the cover letter that in case i want to reapply, this letter should be sent alongwith the application. Since my application has already been received at cic on 23rd, what do you guys recommend me to do?

Have mixed feelings and it is kind of dilemma for me now. :-\
I want to do medical examination ASAP, but need to lose some weight which takes time.
Cause I heard they do not take extra size, not standard, original, good, smart, hard working, loving, caring people like me, in Canada. Cause of economic crisis, food supply shortage, healthcare concerns or something like that.

What to do now? Should I stop eating from now on, join a gym, may be you can recommend some kind of wonder diet. I have only 60 days to take medical examination and to look like Appolon.

I dont think weight would be an issue..m also carrying extra weight..yes they did ask me reasons for this and asked regarding any additional medical conditions..
Bt yes starting to lose some would help u later on..bt dont get sick by not eating and lowering ur immunity..
Rome wasnt built in a day!! Tk ur time for it..all the best for medicals.
