I think I should give-up on Canada dream and NDVO

NO NEWS on MR till now-- I am a May 23rd Applicant.

Don't be stressed, I read the below when I get stressed....

i dont know what test it is...but i went to doctor in appolo......after apart from blood test and chest xray.....there was one more test where doctor asked me some 20 questions about my health and later asked me to open my clothes completely and asked me to sleep on bed and did some physical test.

It is normal checkup
nothing to worry about
i also got medical done from appolo.

If you haven't already done so, check your SPAM folder... The MR request should be there....hopefully..... if not contact NDVO as suggested by others..

I'm in same position. Status "Started Processing the application" updated on 20th Oct 2013, I've sent a mail to NDVO on Nov 28th 2013. till now no response. 2 days agao I got CII mail. very tense

Dear All,
I am a Bangladeshi Applicant. I have applied on July, 2013 for NOC-2174. It was failed to reach caps. But I didn't get my application package back. I have sent email to them and then they confirmed me that they had returned my package on 20, September, 2013. But I yet not received it. Why this happening.

My brothers, who get their application package back, please share idea what is the possibilities with my package? How can I found it. I am very worried as my WES,IELTS certificate and money as DD is there. I really need it.

All you can do is to wait for the application package. They return thru Canada Mail without keeping a tracking number. So if your mailing address was accurate, the package will get to you in 2+ months. If you have provided them an address which is not very clear (for post office), the package may not be returned to you. There is really no way to track this package. Good Luck

don't be worried for following, you have certain ways to deal with it.

IELTS - You should not be having any issues with it. You can request British Council and they'll send the results wherever you want. Just charge you shipping charges.
WES - You have your account registered with them, you can get an additional copy of your evaluation report.
DD - DD validity will be for 6 months, the bank in Canada will return it to your bank and you'll be required to visit your bank to claim the amount. Other than CIC, nobody can en-cash this DD.

I have a very strange problem, 3 days ago, my Ecas showed two lines instead of one !!! ( XXXXX is my name).

How do we check the status of our application once we have sent the FSW application packet; do we just have to wait to see if the CC/DD gets cashed to get an idea of the app. status? Does CIC ever email you the ECAS no. or PER etc. or is it all by post? :-\

If mode of payment is CC, once you are charged your application has been approved for initial processing. If its DD, at many places its not easy to track if it has been en-cashed in Canada. Your bank (at your place) may get you a status of the DD. Both ways, if you are charged your application has been accepted.
If you don't get a response from CIC thru email or postal mail, send them an email. Remember to mention following.
