Congrats to those who recieved MR, AOR,CC charged... Prayers for bhFSW2174 and others to get MR as soon as possible....
Strange thing to note that my consultant told me there are ppl who have submitted their PP since Oct'2013.. and not a single DM has been reported so far... really anxious to know how long NDVO can keep our passports as all our plans have gone for toss in this uncertain period...

yes u r right, none from the oct -nov 2013 have got their pp back yet including me i have still no idea how long will i have to wait for that. damn disturbing fact But there is no option but to wait. did your cnsltnt mentioned some reason for the delay other than the holidays?????

Mates I need a quick suggestion. I have got the PER in July 2013 (myself, wife and a kid) and now have to send the updated package to LVO with addition of new born second child.

Should I use the allotted UCI number to me in the generic form for myself, my wife and elder kid that were included in the earlier application form or should I use the UCI for myself only and left the UCI spaces blank for my wife and kids ?

As per my experience, fill your UCI only.

Though my total score claim is 77 points, and i have submitted many supporting documents to claim my work experience, i did not provide a letter in the required format. my point being, i could have requested my previous and present employers to provide such letters, bnut my agent said it will suffice and that he has handled such cases with positive result. but i feel he is worng in his assumption and i dont want to take any chances. I am sending them today itself. hoping for the best.

Your consultant is absolutely right....,.,
If you sent your exp letters, appointment with salary annexure....... Pay slips,,,,,, more than enough.......what they really look for genuine work experience....... You should have included your job duties on a plain white paper......

Our Passports are laying from past 50 days at NDVO, Will they wake before hitting 100? I am sure few of our forum members might be nearing to Century, the Final Waiting time is the Saddest one as there is no visibility of time line. Any Opinion ???????????

look at me applied in 2006 ( got returned backlog ) applied may 2013 returned (cap reached), applied in another NOC in January 2014 and keeping hope . My wait has been now 8 years ..

ndvo may start issuing visas for fw2013 anytime now.....bfore end of this month we will definitely see few visas being issued...

Joe, my friend you are a beam of devine light in this situation. I did mention my duties on a plain paper, though i provided my pay slips, appointment letter with salary annexure, even interview call letters, i included income tax Form-16 which is paid on my belhalf by my employer, my appraisal letters with salary annexures, training certificates provided by my employers, contract agreements and severence letters also.. I hope that is enough... a word of reinforcement from you guys will help a lot...

Mine is 7 yrs long broo i hv been runing after canada from lst 7 yrs applied in 2006 studnt visa got rejctd,went to australia wantd to use it as a way out by gettng australian permanent residency and thn immigrate to canada bt in 2010 came back to india to meet parents..riots happnd there and thy didnt allowd me to go back all my hard work and everythng wasted and thn applied in 2011 cap reachd applictn returnd nw again this tymmm.....
