Pls be advise me... my app was received last nov08... my DD has no update yet if it was encashed. NoC3211 reached CAP limit Jan07. I also emailed CIO about my application. How long should i wait for results? Should i apply under NOC 3212?
I applied under 3211 but after 3 months i got no email. I emailed cio to ask what happened to my files it was deemed incomplete. I did not wait for my package return..i was sure of the reason. I re applied under3212 because as the trend is going...i wont make it to 3211 in due time. My 2nd papers were received dec 23...email cio first before re-applying... I hope for the best for u!

Hi, Pls advise me for my situation.
I've been in Canada from last April 2013 and I'm still in Canada with post gradute work permit.
But my visa office is Manila, not Ottawa(CPPO).

Is there any problems?
And is it possible to change visa office from Manila to Ottawa?
I think Manila is so slow cause I still didn't get any AOR and MR eventhough I got PER last Aug.

Hello people,
Please i need you opinion about noc 2134. Last year when the occupation list was release I thought I am not eligible for any NOC mentioned there. Now I was looking carefully at NOC 2134 as chemical engineer and there is mentioned
Chemical engineers research, design, and develop chemical processes and equipment, oversee the operation and maintenance of industrial chemical, plastics, pharmaceutical, resource, pulp and paper, and food processing plants and perform duties related to chemical quality control, environmental protection and biochemical or biotechnical engineering.
Actually I work in Pharma industry and my major is Chemistry and Pharm Technology. Please I don't know where to ask about my eligibility, so any comment in this forum will be very helpful.

i think buddy you can apply. if you are performing duties as mentioned in NOC 2134 description. look at duties in detail if found few or all are matching with your job responsibilities then go-ahead . good luck

here i have few concerns where i need your advise:

For my one address date of shifting mentioned is wrong due to mistake ( on form and PCC )

May God shower MRs to all the applicants who applied for FSW program soon. Hope a big monsoon rainfall of MRs soon............

Just for the analysis purpose (Using MS Excel), I did the analysis for NDVO applicants. 25% of the applicants of NDVO have recieved MRs... Lets all pray to Allmighty that this figure become 100% soon.

bro I have alrdy sent a mail to CIO...I went to my consultant today and got the copy of my docs which I sent to CIO and I noticed tht he mentioned my uci no in it as I have applied in 2011 bt got my applictn back due to cap reachd...
