Hello people,
Please i need you opinion about noc 2134. Last year when the occupation list was release I thought I am not eligible for any NOC mentioned there. Now I was looking carefully at NOC 2134 as chemical engineer and there is mentioned
Chemical engineers research, design, and develop chemical processes and equipment, oversee the operation and maintenance of industrial chemical, plastics, pharmaceutical, resource, pulp and paper, and food processing plants and perform duties related to chemical quality control, environmental protection and biochemical or biotechnical engineering.
Actually I work in Pharma industry and my major is Chemistry and Pharm Technology. Please I don't know where to ask about my eligibility, so any comment in this forum will be very helpful.

doesn't matter where you work. Only thing you find duties written from employer as per noc requirement. That's it they're not gonna ask that to employer. Go ahead confidently.

Hi All,

I need your suggestions on this matter.....

I applied for FSW via London VO in May,2013 while I was still a UK resident. Although i have got my PER. I returned to my home country (Nigeria) in August,2013 after the expiration of my UK visa, but my file is still with London VO. Now that LVO have started work on May,2013 applicant, I have the following questions.

1. Could London VO possibly request for a physical interview with me seeing as i am in Nigeria and would need to obtain a UK visa before I can attend such interview?
2. Has anyone been in same situation? I would like to contact them via personal email to see how their case was handled.

You can definitely reapply under 3212 if your experience is related to that NOC. With both NOC's being related, i'm surprised people did not apply under the less popular 3212. Well you should have an extra copy of your WES report but then again, do you have an extra copy of your IELTS result because that must also be included in your new application you send to CIC. Finally, in my opinion, you do not even need to reapply because I believe you are in the Cap for 3211. Unless you feel your application is Incomplete for some reason.

I aslo request senoiors and other members to give their valuable suggestion on this as I also want to knw whethr I cn apply under 3212 aftr apllyng for 3211...

I just checked my CC and it was charged for 1100$. It has not been mentioned yet for what reason. but I am pretty sure this for immigration since I have not applied for anything else.

Nothing to feel bad about it dear....applicants from October and November is still waiting to get their fee charged....So its perfectly okay in your case....

Pls be advise me... my app was received last nov08... my DD has no update yet if it was encashed. NoC3211 reached CAP limit Jan07. I also emailed CIO about my application. How long should i wait for results? Should i apply under NOC 3212?
I applied under 3211 but after 3 months i got no email. I emailed cio to ask what happened to my files it was deemed incomplete. I did not wait for my package return..i was sure of the reason. I re applied under3212 because as the trend is going...i wont make it to 3211 in due time. My 2nd papers were received dec 23...email cio first before re-applying... I hope for the best for u!

Please, I need the email address of CIO to enable me get my UCI no. I want to reapply under another NOC.
