Please help guys immediately (i have apllied through consultant but asking behalf of my friend as we are preparing his file without any consultant)
In generic application form imm 0008
Education Occupation detail in Highest Level of Education what should i fill
As i have completed my bachelor’s degree and after that one year post graduate diploma in medical laboratory technology course they (WES) consider it One year post secondary study at a non recognized institute.
Total WES equivalence is bachelor’s degree...
What should i fill
Post secondary- No degree
Bachelor’s degree
Post graduate –no degree
Non- university certificate /diploma.

While in schedule A Background Declaration Form
In Education
Primary and elementary Education : 10 years (1st to 10th)
Secondary/ High School : 2 years (11th and 12th)
University/College : 3 years (Bachelor’s degree)
Trade School or other post secondary School : ???? What about post graduate diploma in medical laboratory technology is it included in trade school or what???

While in my wife case...
After 10th she has done 5 years Diploma in Fine arts (Full time) meanwhile she appeared for 12th Commerce (As a X student part time without giving 11th exam) and then Bachelors of commerce as a full time student giving exam waiting for result.....
What should i fill
Post secondary- No degree
Bachelor’s degree

While in schedule A Background Declaration Form
In Education

Primary and elementary Education: 10 years (1st to 10th)
Secondary/ High School :
University/College :
Trade School or other post secondary School :

One more in what cases we should fill i didn’t understand this Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union (IMM 5409)

Yes... I have sent the below list of documents:-
1) Updated & Signed Generic Application Form (PA) – IMM008 (Latest downloaded from website)
2) Updated & Signed Additional Family Information (PA) – IMM5406
3) Updated & Signed Additional Family Information (Spouse) – IMM5406
4) Additional Fee Payment Form (Baby) – IMM5602
a) Demand Draft of CAD 150
a) Birth Certificate from Municipal Corporation for Baby
b) Birth Certificate – Original Translation for Baby
b) Passport for Baby
5 Stamped Photographs & 1 Blank Photograph (as per annexure)

Also.. Updated Proof of Funds for the three of us...

First mailed them an application stating the same... and then couriered the whole package with the same reference letter...
Hope I did everything right... Please correct me if I am wrong somewhere...

Have some problem with Place of birth in my wife's passport...
Still waiting for the passport after 2 months....
Planning to make a trip to passport office tomorrow as today they are with Mr. Santa...

Congratulations on the new baby!!

You have done the right thing. How have you sent the updated file? Is it via courier or a case specific enquiry?
I hope you have attached a copy of birth certificate, passport in your communication. Have you updated and validated all the forms required?
If yes, you have nothing to worry about.
And yes, I assure you that no one in this world can say how much of slowdown can be caused due to this event. Nobody in this universe knows about timelines of VOs. ;D

Hello,
Whatever you would be sending... you have to have a proof attached atttached with the application package...
Better mention the Post secondary diploma... and leave it to CIC to make a decision to consider it or not...

Same goes for your wife...
Certify the same in your wife's case...
If you are appearing as Principal applicant rather than your wife.. don't delay your application for wife's result.. as they don't need it...

I believe you have also sent 6 photos of new born but may have forgot to write down in the list here. You can check the status of DD with your Bank you have sent as a application fee for new born.

If an application is rejected under one category say NOC 2147 in my case, shall i re-apply for NOC 2243 in the same year.
I have employee reference letter mentioning the JD's close to NOC 2243.

What was the reason of rejection of your application under NOC 2147?

If you had mention same job with reference letter from the same employer in your first application and JD was matching with NOC 2147, then it will be misrepresentation and can cause rejection with ban.

Actually it's 5 as per email I received from Ndvo. So 6 is also good but not 2.
