I believe you have also sent 6 photos of new born but may have forgot to write down in the list here. You can check the status of DD with your Bank you have sent as a application fee for new born.

Your package to VO must include at minimal;
1) Cover letter
2) Request letter (print-out)
3) Medical receipts (original)
4) PCCs (Original, if requested)
5) RPRF DD
6) Passports (original)
7) Any change in your job, travel, family details as applicable...
Originals will be originals, any photocopy that you send can be notarized.

You could use any reliable courier company for dispatch of package or you can opt for services of VFS.

I guess the 3rd Passport is of a dependent who doesn't need to pay RPRF. Recheck proper DD amount before sending.

Education Occupation detail in Highest Level of Education what should i fill
As i have completed my bachelor's degree and after that one year post graduate diploma in medical laboratory technology course they (WES) consider it One year post secondary study at a non recognized institute.
Total WES equivalence is bachelor's degree...
What should i fill
Post secondary- No degree
Bachelor's degree
Post graduate –no degree
Non- university certificate /diploma.

While in schedule A Background Declaration Form
In Education
Primary and elementary Education : 10 years (1st to 10th)
Secondary/ High School : 2 years (11th and 12th)
University/College : 3 years (Bachelor's degree)
Trade School or other post secondary School : ? What about post graduate diploma in medical laboratory technology is it included in trade school or what???

While in my wife case...
After 10th she has done 5 years Diploma in Fine arts (Full time) meanwhile she appeared for 12th Commerce (As a X student part time without giving 11th exam) and then Bachelors of commerce as a full time student giving exam waiting for result.....
What should i fill
Post secondary- No degree
Bachelor's degree

While in schedule A Background Declaration Form
In Education

One more in what cases we should fill i didn't understand this Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union (IMM 5409)

unfortunately gynae is not my friend and she don't share her number with her patients and we will have to take appointment to meet her which i have taken already....yes friend you have answered me but each option which I have posted has its limitations...the situation is not that simple....i am searching old threads regarding pregnancy from today morning...got lot of information...but still new suggestion are welcome...even if i choose to go to xray now which you are suggesting, then also my PR visa will expire in Dec 2014..and i will have to add my newborn child before landing there...as he will be coming in june...and passport,birth cert and his medicals will take some time...so it may be possible that i will get his visa in Nov or Dec 2014 and i will have to land in Canada on 10-20 days notice...this has happened to one person in past...so i am posting my question again so that i can get more suggestions which will help me taking a final call...and i guess the whole purpose of this forum is to help others in these kind of tricky situations...

Hey since u seem a worried, thought of giving u a suggestion since I am a Physiotherapist specializing in Obstetrics. Firstly I am guessing ur wife is approx 4 months pregnant. A couple of X-rays in Pregnancy are in no way harmful to d baby. Repeated X-rays which I would estimate at around 1-2/week thruout pregnancy is definitely harmful to d baby.And your wife will be wearing a lead protection which will further protect d fetus.

Please dont go by these myths that even one X-ray in pregnancy is harmful to the fetus. It is as true as one saying if u eat malai you will have a fair child.

Secondly why dont you just land in Canada before your wife delivers. If her pregnancy is uneventful there should be no reason not to fly even in the 32-34 week onwards.
I understand that planning is necessary but sometimes one needs to deviate to a new one.

All said and done this is just my opinion. Please consult your Gynec before you decide and not solely based on what I have said.

You made a good analysis, I really appreciate for that.

Let me clarify one thing, I am not a senior or expert and I also don't consider myself senior or expert at all. Further, I also don't expect that the member(s) should follow my advices/opinions. Having said that, I wrote my opinion by choosing words carefully so that no one get panic. Dear, I wrote "may be considered incomplete supporting documents at CIO" or "may be delayed at local visa office". I never used "WILL BE", therefore I believe no one should get panic in this regard.

I would end this discussion by saying that the fresh applicants can get suggestion/opinion from experts/lawyers and applicants who have already applied shouldn't get panic in this regard.

Abu Hussan let me to add one thing. before forwarding my application i asked 4 consultants and asked either i have to notarize only translated copies or all...they all suggested me to notarize all to enhance the authenticity of my documents
i am agree with you. its not requirement by cic but yes it authenticate your application and may provide ease in processing. these lines may conclude .
