Hi BAMP,

CIO is revieweing late Oct and early Novemer applications. They updated the CAP recently which most probably might be 1 week old status. We can assume that recent update must have included up to first 3 weeks of Oct applications.

i regularly follow your posts very informative, i applied under NOC 3211 that reached CIC 13/12/2013 but now the NOC reached to 247 from 223 with in 10 days. im soo worried and just wanted to know what will happen to my application.

HI who1074. I am applicant of october. My application was received on 09. October but still my CC not charged. As you are CC already charged and one applicant of 31st October also got cc charged, it means that my application is declined OR still there is some positive response expected. Thanks for your reply.

You should write to CIO at following email address to inquire about the status of your application. Provide them with complete details like your NOC, Date of birth, passport number, your first name, last name, date of delivery of application, courier reference number.

Some times there can be decision making delays at CIO but as long as you dont hear from them you are not out of the game. I would also suggest you to take a look at below spreadsheet under the tab of "Returned Apps"

It seems NDVO gives anywhere between 45 to 60 days time frame.

In how many days are you going to receive your renewed iqama?

Also how are you going to send your original PP to india.

Your CC was charged after cap was full on CIC website. I think the cap update includes every body whose CC has been charged till the day of cap update.

I am afraid December applicants in 3211 have a low probability of making it to the cap.

Hi calucky,

Thanks for the compliments buddy. I just try to help by keeping in mind my application preparation time; the hard work which I had to do to pull out the required information from CIC website. I didn't know about this forum until my application was 11 weeks old at CIO. I wish I could have joined this forum earlier, my application could have been more attractive.

Coming back to your query, since your NOC is getting closer to full, the recent update at CIO must have included all positive applications even PER is not yet sent to applicant. Considering 35 40 days until your application is opened, you don't consider yourself out of the race. Next couple of CAP updates will further clarify your position. I wish you good luck buddy.

Dear buddy,

I have observed that CIO is updating fast approaching NOCs more critically. Even couple of CAP updates were done just to show a certain NOC FULL without updating the rest. NOC 3212 is not hot, therefore I made a conservative assumption. I am sure that BAMP is going to make it easily.
