I am afraid that your application will be returned because the cap of 300 for 0211 was filled in last week of july.

Thanks..
But how come the attorneys doesn't know about that? and also when I was submitting it was showing just 160 application for 0211. Does it mean CIC doesn't update the site for 2 months?

Thanks,
Senthil

The cap updated on CIC website is usually 2-3 months old. The current cap update on CIC website is till Oct 21st. We know it from the feed back of applicants whose credit card is charged or they got a PER email from CIO.
When the cap for 0211 got filled applications from the month of july were being processed. Last applicant charged on forum was 12th July applicant. Refer to below spread sheet,

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/lv?pli=1&key=0Aovj20uHVWyzdGFqSGJUOEtVX0h5eWM0cXB5dlAtOEE&type=view&gid=0&f=true&sortcolid=-1&sortasc=true&rowsperpage=1000

Your attorney should know this if he/she is a good professional and keeps him/herself updated.

Dear Folks,
My profession is close to the NOC 2243: Industrial Instrument technician, but i don't have the job title mentioned in the NOC list of CIC.
My current job title is Senior Project Engineer(My qualification is Electronics & instrumentation engg).
My Overall score is 70. Can i apply for the same.

If i file my application under this NOC is there any chance to get in???

Tentative date of submission: 25-01-2014

I think you can make it. Job title is not important whats important is that the reference letter from your employers has similar job duties as listed under NOC 2243 in below website,

http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2011/Welcome.aspx
if your current job duties match with those mentioned against 2243 go ahead. Follow the document checklist in every sense and you will be in Canada in an year. Best of luck.

Unfortunately it sounds like you have an incompetent attorney. I agree with what others have told you. Your application was received far too late and it's going to be return unprocessed

Folks,

The case analyst from CPPO called me today on my cellphone. He asked me a few verification questions and then asked if I had paid the fee for RPRF. I said I had paid the fees and he was able to track the receipt number in his system. He mentioned that everything looks good and that an immigration officer will make a final decision within a few days. The phone came from an unknown (private) number.

I never expected this at all!

Hopefully the decision is positive.

Our package is returned.....planning to send it again...lets see...plz pray for us too

Dear Friends & Seniors,

I have read in the fourm that if the stay in any other country is more than 6 months then we need to provide the PCC of that country.

My wife was in london for three years.

Could you please advise how to get PCC from India for London.
I am still waiting for MR.

Thanks
