Please remove the AI column "Interview" from the spreadsheet as becoz it don't have any relevance at present. Kindly add background check infront of medical request as many candidates started reporting it these days.....

Hey guys,

I'm so anxious about my app. My cc was charged on 6th dec but still not receive the PER! Almost 2 weeks!

I'm following the SPVO people and the most applicants received PER in a few days!

Do you think i can receive PER and AOR together from Sao Paulo office or they always send emails separeted?

I'm so scared to know if my app will be accept!

I hope to hear really good news until Christmas! God will bless us!!!

Cheers,

You will receive PER from CIC and then your file will be transferred to Sao Paulo VO.

What date is CIC processing?

Have a query from NDVO applicants, will the high commission accept my passports and RPRF draft by hand or is it necessary to sent it through courier. Just not comfortable sending passports through courier..Help please

For SNIP 2014 aspirants

hello guys

I hope everybody follows the SNIP guide carefully,

For just gentle reminder

please be careful about the following things.

1. if your occupational education and work experience is in a regulated
profession, you will be required to obtain the appropriate Saskatchewan
qualification recognition to be able to work in that profession.

2.If you intend to work in an occupation that requires licensing or certification in
Saskatchewan, you must contact the provincial, national and/or industrial regulatory
association before applying for nomination to verify that you will be able to meet
licensing or certification requirements.

Refer the following website
http://www.saskimmigrationcanada.ca/is-my-occupation-regulated/

All engineering departments will come under Regulated professions

Before applying qualification needs to be assesses by appropriate regulatory body of Saskatchewan
also needs to be verified with licensing and certification bodies

let me correct if i am wrong

NDVO officers are publicly disclosing that we have applied for PR... to Peons , security person, HR ,Boss.... this will create an issue latter on. some time these people may not liked to be grilled , so sake of us .. specially in an unplanned way..

laksmisesh-Please clarify since how long ,your husband is working in present company.

And seniors , as per immigration requirement, one must have a min. 1 year exp in his resp. NOC to qualify ... & in case applicant has changed his current profession ,then where logically NDVO officer should visit, my current workplace or pervious company for which i have cliam the points ..Plz clarify
...

I completely agree with you cu82, if they started disclosing to members from the company its gonna cause us trouble even while working, coz this information will percolate to everyone in the team. May also affect your promotion if you are due for one then.....

I'm really kinda surprised that NDVO guys are barging into the offices. What kinda companies are they really looking into.. coz I work for one of Big4s and there you will never find people in office, they are all onsite.

It also makes me worried, everybody is waiting for their MRs, PPR, RPRF to be issued.

Common NDVO, please speed up.... please... !!!

Painful waiting time and this scary surprise visit....
Bless us... ???

I'm working with post graduate work permit in Canada now but my work permit will be expired within 6 months.
I got PER on 24th Aug and waiting MR Request but my agency said I cannot receive PR card before my work permit is expired cause too slow processing of Manila office.
In my case, can I apply the Bridging open work permit with PER?
I wonder "Final Determination of Eligibility" is same with PER or not.

CIC said as below,
Determining if a Positive Eligibility Decision has been made

For the purposes of determining if a positive eligibility assessment has been made, the processor will review if the Eligibility Assessment value is set to “Passed” in GCMS. If this decision has not been entered yet, for the purposes of this Operational Bulletin (OB), a “positive eligibility decision” will also be considered made when it is confirmed in GCMS that:

FSWP: the “Ministerial Instructions” status has been set to “Met” or a positive Final Determination of Eligibility letter/ e-mail has been sent.

Got my passport back with stamping from Ottawa. Please update the sheet.

I have valid us visa till dec 31st 2014 and I believe I need to move to Canada before September 2014 (my medical date I believe).

Is it possible that I visit Canada for a week and apply for PR and other necessary documents and come back to US? My sister lives in Toronto so I can give her address for document submission.

Any suggestion?
Thanks
Jigs.
